Grapevine are quite simply the best local Estate Agents that you could wish for when selling your home. From the first evaluation they were positive and highly energetic and proactive. They followed up regularly and advised us on the best way to market our home to get the best possible price. We were lucky enough to have two fabulous offers within a week of putting the house on the market and Oliver and Adam followed up with us and our solicitors all the way through the conveyancing process, to ensure the smoothest transaction possible. This should have been a very quick and easy transaction with a very small simple chain, unfortunately this was not the case. The biggest praise I can give to the team at Grapevine is that without them this would not have proceeded to exchange. Many times I was ready to throw in the towel but the guys keep me going and eventually we exchanged. Their communication really is second to none. If you are looking to sell then use these guys

Fantastic from start to finish!

Our house purchase was long and drawn out with numerous changes in circumstances on both the buy and sell side, and a completion date that was delayed unexpectedly at the last minute due to issues with our buyers. Throughout the whole process Grapevine were fantastic - Adam, Oliver and their team were always available to answer our questions, to advise, and to comfort us at times! Great service in challenging times!

We started our move before Christmas and were approaching a move date when COVID hit! The guys at Grapevine couldn’t have done more to make sure the move went ahead, even providing guidance to the guy at the bottom of the chain who’s own estate agents appeared to have abandoned him! We eventually moved mid May and I’m not convinced that would have happened had we used anyone else.On the more normal side of moving the entire team at Grapevine were always polite, professional and helpful. They did everything they could to ensure realistic expectations were set on costs and worked hard to achieve those expectations. At the end of the day we sold our house and bought our dream house during a very challenging time so I really can’t fault the service we received. I would have no problem recommending their services to anyone who is selling and/or buying in the area - a great bunch of guys and girl with a very friendly approach.Thank you all.
