From the excellent marketing photos through to the regular communications and relentless coaching of our entire chain; they went above and beyond what we expected of them. It's not often that you find estate agents like these two. Oliver and Adam really are amazing. They are honest, genuinely friendly, thorough, they go above and beyond the call of duty, they always do what they say they will... whether it's a call at exactly the same time they said they will or key drop off. They made sure that at every stage of our selling process that we were ok and really had our best interests in mind. Very knowledgable and completely by the book. It really has been a pleasure to work with them. Easy recommendation.

We thought our chain was complete until we discovered that there was another property owner at the bottom of the chain for whom Grapevine were acting as agents. This led to the chain collapsing, delay and considerable expense.

Very sorry to hear you feel this way, we were misguided ourselves by the solicitor acting beneath us in the chain. Obviously from the devastation of the chain collapsing we were able to find a new buyer for our clients within the first week, which enabled everyone to reach the positive conclusion of moving into your home (albeit later than we all wanted). Always available to take my calls, swift email responses and overall a delight to buy a property through. Oliver, Adam, Holly and the Saturday staff were all brilliant in every regard. We had a significant choice of agents - we went with Oliver and Adam as they were responsive, friendly and solution focused. Our process was not the easiest (with a 4pm simultaneous exchange and completion almost on the same day that lock down was announced in March) but the energy and focus they showed to get us over the line was hugely valued.
