GoogleFurther to some property viewings, that Grapevine handled on some retirement flats in Twyford, we decided to switch (after the initial sign up term with another agent had expired) to Grapevine for the full sale of our property. Both Adam and Oliver offered great advice about the selling price and once we were signed up, they got us some viewings fairly quickly and were successful in finding our eventual purchaser. From start to finish they kept us up to date on the progress of the sale and always followed up on any queries that were pending or took longer than expected with the sale. We can definitely recommend Grapevine for their friendly and helpful service and good knowledge of the local area. Independent agents really do add that personal experience, so don't be put off talking to them to buy or sell your property through them. Thanks guys.

Through a tough negotiation battle against another agent for the same house, Oliver used all his skills and wisdom to procure the house for us his client. Adam has also been great getting the deal over the line and we cant wait to move in at the end of this month. GoogleAfter 9 months of trying to selling our house with no success, we switched estate agents to Grapevine. I doubt there can be a double act that work as hard as Oliver and Adam in Berkshire. They had an abundance of viewings booked within 2 weeks with a steady flow there after. They also worked brilliantly to brief on our new home search too - and found us our new family home after lots of viewings and patience. Based on experiences with other Twyford estate agents, they are easily the most professional and best communicators. What's more they were the most competitive on price. Highly recommended.

Our family has used Grapevine to sell 3 properties in 2019.On each sale, irrespective of the price of the house, the Grapevine team was excellent.They kept us fully up to date with all aspects of the sale and unusual for estate agents, called us back when they said they would.The process of house buying and selling is stressful, but Grapevine eased the whole procedure. They know their local market well and we thank them for all their efforts.

HELLOOOO GRAPEVINE!The whole team have just completed on the sale of my property I am almost sad I won’t get to speak to them on such a regular basis. From the first contact I have felt safe and secure knowing that they are going to look after every detail, from the moment we pressed go with the advert my house was under offer within 7 days that was less than 3 months ago and I have handed over the keys to the new owner for them to enjoy the home I loved today.They go above and beyond, they put up with my ‘I want it done yesterday attitude’ their professionalism, friendliness and all round business approach has been great. There are two situations that may come in life when you really need top professionals who know what they are doing to lend a hand. One of those stressful times is when you are selling your house. Getting Grapevine Estate agents to market your property is like hiring the best divorce lawyer in the land (for the other traumatic occurrence). They managed the viewing process efficiently and filtered viewings appropriately. They negotiated effectively with the buyer to agree purchase price. They managed the sale completion by speaking to my, and the sellers solicitors every week and kept everyone informed. Thanks guys. Good job!
