I reached out to Snellers 3 days ago about a gutter fault on our neighbour's Victorian conversion (which includes one apartment managed by Snellers). Sophie was proactive in swiftly forwarding my report to the relevant management company and promptly advised me that the gutter fault would be looked into as a matter of urgency. The faulty gutter has yet to be inspected or repaired so outcome of the situation remains unknown, hence the 3 stars. Sophie's own input at outset was 5 stars however.

Recently we rented a 3 bedroom house and without Agnivesh’s Foolchand help it couldn’t have been done. I have never met anyone so sincere, kind and working above and beyond to help someone out in a difficult situation. Agnivesh is extremely professional and patient. It took awhile for our references to come through and Agnivesh pushed back deadlines to help us. He always remained in contact, even during out of hours and sincerely wanted to help and accommodate our needs. It was important for us to have a garden as we have a little one and Agnivesh made this happen for us. I would highly recommend Agnivesh to anyone, especially to those families who may not have a straightforward case. He truly was the only estate agent who wanted to help and sympathised with our situation.

Snellers is awesome! We have been dealing with Nikki, Hannah and Aggy during the hunt for our home in Twickenham to rent. They were kind, relaxed and offered a lot of clarity, which is important when you are looking for a new rental. Excellent property management from Holly

The property manager Holly Maingot is exceptional at what she does. She went above and beyond to listen to our concerns as tenants and acted promptly. She has been communicating every next step throughout the whole process, as well as working hard to grant us the best outcome. After some work was done at the property, Holly ensured that it was done to a high standard by going herself and checking everything. We want to thank Holly for making us feel heard as tenants, which can be difficult with other agencies, as proven with some experiences we have had in the past. We also want to thank her for making everything so straightforward and easy by taking care of everything. We haven't had to phone Holly once to ask for updates and that's a testament to her professionalism.

I have had Kieron as my main contact at Snellers Twickenham for the last few years with regard to renting out a couple of houses and he has always been fantastic to deal with…efficient, friendly and thoughtful. But recently he has surpassed himself. I had a very difficult issue with one of my houses to solve. He came up with a fantastic solution to unlock the problem and then followed it through all the stages needed to get it to a resolution. I was so impressed with his whole process and it got me out of a difficult situation with everyone happy with the end result. Thanks Kieron I really appreciate all your help and expertise. I used Snellers Teddington 3 years ago to find a corporate tenant. The whole process was handled efficiently and I saw no reason to change agency when I was looking for a replacement tenant. The team had changed since 3 years ago and although it did not start too well, the team has come in trumps since. Josh is now my main contact. I find him friendly and responsive. Some remedial work was required between the tenancy and Josh was quick to set things in motion with the contractors with a very short turnaround. I should also mention Ayca who was involved in the process. Snellers Teddington strikes me as a good team of property professionals and I would have no hesitation in recommending the agency to potential clients.

I met several agents during this time and I really liked his style. I feel he listened to my requirements and didn’t try and push me towards properties that wouldn’t be of interest. For well over a year now Sophie Sheppard has been my property manager, managing one of my condos in Hampton. Recently, i decided to put the property on the market, which at the time i did not realize the issues that would surface regarding my long-term tenant and the following sale. I have to say i am truly blessed to have had Sophie in my camp. She has been a very proactive property manager that makes sure nothing slips through the cracks on both the owner and tenants' side, from rent issues, property maintenance issues to basic well being of the tenant. I travel a lot for work, so i can be assured that when Sophie emails me, it's about something i need to deal with. Sophie's emails do not just dump the problem in my lap to sort out, she provides probable solutions and ways forward to solve whatever issue is at hand.More recently as previously intimated, Sophie was a godsend, with respect to relocating my tenant (including court proceedings) and finalizing the condo for handover to the new buyer.I have never physically met Sophie, but dealing with her has been an actual pleasure. She is always polite, attentive and knows her stuff. A real pleasure to have her in my team, so to speak!There is not a lot more that i can add here except - Thank you Sophie, for everything - your advice, your actions and making me feel that my property is / was in very good hands.

I am completely amazed at the service Agnivesh provided while processing my tenancy agreement. He ensured we had a smooth process and was so amazing and pleasant to negotiate with him. He always made sure to explain and guide us through everything very efficiently and clearly.
