Deciding to go with Snellers was the best decision we made when it came to selling our flat. Initially our property was listed elsewhere & we felt that things were just dragging on without any end in sight. In the months we were with the other agent we only had a couple of people come for viewings & hardly any communication for weeks on end. It honestly felt like they didn't really care about selling the property. What a breath of fresh air Snellers were once we made the decision to list with them. Chelsea & her team were very up front & honest about everything, giving us a large amount of information about similar properties on the market which helped us make informed decisions about how to go forward with the listing. We had more viewings within a couple of weeks than the entire time with the other agent, received regular updates about what was going on, and got a serious offer fairly quickly. Chelsea dealt with the price negotiations & got us exactly what we needed in order to move forward with our onward purchase. Overall the entire process was very smooth & everyone here was a pleasure to work with - I would highly recommend listing with Snellers.
