At the start of our tenancy we would could not rate Snellers highly enough. We even left a 5 star review. Unfortunately, our initial experiences have been completely overshadowed with their disgraceful behaviour after we moved out of the property we were renting, where they have refused to return our full rental deposit. This is due to their demand for a professional clean, their argument being it was professionally cleaned on arrival. This is false. On the day we moved in we called their office to say we were very dissatisfied with how dirty our property was. Apparently they do not log their calls so they have no record of this. Now, despite the tenancy contract stating that we are only responsible for leaving the property as we found it, which we exceeded by leaving it in a great condition, they are demanding full payment for a professional clean which we are not legally obliged to pay. So, do not be fooled by any good experiences to start off with - these will soon be diminished by lies, ignorance and a refusal to acknowledge the facts. If you are a fan of daylight robbery then you will be more than happy.

Have just completed on what can only be described as a very complex transaction via Snellers in Twickenham which would not have got over the line without their experience and expertise. I could not be more appreciative for Aaron & Sonia's hard working approach and taking control of the other four links in our chain, picking up on work which was not even involved in our sale directly. Without them we would not have got moving. Nothing was to much trouble for them or the sales team and having not moved since 1994 they made the whole process bearable. Thank you so much Snellers!

We've now been renting through Snellers since September and they have certainly lived up to their early promise! Our property managers Isabella Murton and Anna Harrison are brilliant - they're great at keeping in touch and always very friendly, helpful and efficient. I used Snellers for the sale of my property and purchase of new property. The service was excellent. My property was beautifully photographed and listed, great communications on the viewings and follow-up actions, and excellent advice given to get a good offer. On our purchase we were well-advised throughout the process. Our agent Charles did an excellent job in communicating between ourselves, our buyers and our vendors. The back office staff also provided a valuable service, ensuring that problems were ironed out in the minimum time possible as the sale progressed from offer accepted to exchange - helping us maintain the integrity of the chain. All in all, thoroughly recommended for buyers and sellers in the Twickenham area.
