Avoid buying any property with this agent

Avoid buying any property with this agent. I withdrew my offer due to their unprofessional and untrustworthy behaviors. Despite the fact that the seller accepted my offer, and that my mortgage was ready, Snellers (St Margarets) kept the property open for new viewings without exposing that it's under offer. I learned about the situation, having shared my friend's contact info with them. They recommended the very same house to my friend, unintelligently forgetting about the definition of friendship.

If you are a tenant- stay away from them. They charge unlawful tenancy fees but get around it by pretending they're as 'landlord's losses'. Absolute sharks who are profiting from us terminating our tenancy agreement early as we can no longer afford the rent. I'm sure many people have had poor experiences with them otherwise how do you explain a well established company not having a Facebook page? The mendacious lettings director here has refused to allow us to have a copy of our check out inventory under the pretences that he hadnt received it although a copy was sent to the landlord by Snellers. Appalling agency.
