Isabella is a great property manager

Isabella is a great property manager . She recently took over from my previous property mgr (who was also fantastic) I am an overseas landlord and she made the effort to meet me when I was back in UK so she could introduce herself. She is communicative and checks in regularly to make sure all is ok. This is v reassuring to an overseas landlord so we can be kept informed. When I asked her to send photos of a recent renovation that had to be done on my property she obliged in a very timely manner. 5* service!

Highly recommend Snellers!

I am so pleased with the service provided by Snellers. We have been renting through them for about 5 years. The initial move was fantastic, well organised. The whole team have been fantastic. The property is managed by them too , a special thank you to Isabella who has been amazing and so helpful. She is always a just a phone call away, responds quickly to emails and always follows up to ensure that the any work carried out is done properly. Highly recommend Snellers!

After a slow start, our new property manager was excellent!

I have been with snellers for just over a year now. We have had a few problems in our property which took some time to resolve however, Lisa was always very friendly and helpful when she became our property manager. She would keep in touch and was relatively easy to contact for a letting agent! Towards the end of our tenancy she has been amazing with everything, also some of the other staff around the office have been very helpful regarding our property!

Excellent Service and Understanding!

I’ve been with Snellers for almost a year now and have never ever had a problem with them. Compared to previous estate agents from previous homes, which were no help and not so understanding. One colleague called Matt has been more than helpful and very reassuring throughout my tenancy. I was going through a difficult situation and Matt was very speedy in offering his support so I could get everything quickly sorted. If there was ever a problem Matt was the go to person to get this sorted out. Out of my experience Snellers are one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. Thank you.

They communicated well with us and their follow up was excellent. Great support for tentants

As tenants, it can often be a challenge to be heard and supported, either by Landlords or Managing Agents. Shaun Brayshaw at Snellers has been superb in taking care of us. He goes above and beyond to ensure that our concerns and needs are addressed. Shaun facilitated an emergency boiler replacement right before a bank holiday too.

The team at Snellers were simply incredible today!!! Without boring background detail, I managed to lock myself into my bedroom, and I only had 7% battery life remaining on my phone. I could hear meetings continuing on my laptop that I was meant to be a part of, but unable to let colleagues know….. The team immediately dealt with my faux pas, despite me calling through to sales and Lettings teams instead of maintenance. They made sure that the management team were notified immediately and I was freed within 25 minutes. Simply incredible work guys! You saved my day. Apologies, but in my panic I didn’t remember any of the names involved, so just a huge thanks once again!
