He did absolute wonders with my daughters first flat purchase.
Was a very emotional purchase and he masterfully managed everything along the way. Single handedly busting the myth of 'buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do'.
Sell your house through Martin... buy your house through Martin... I think I'd even trust him to take out my appendix.
I'm an advocate.
In fact scratch the appendix - I'm getting him to do my funeral and seeing if he can bust that myth too!

I had an issue where I had a leak into my room, she came that afternoon, she took a look and booked in the contractor to come and asses the issue the following day!
