Facebookaccount with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 100 $ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life.. until MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE came along, the man who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but M proved me wrong, every time i apologize to him for doubting him from the start. Everyone needs to meet him he is the one, i urge you reading this not to conclude that every account manager are the same i propose you try MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE and see for yourself before concluding. GoogleI am a local landlord and moved across to Martin & Co after many years with a bigger local estate agent. I have found Shelly to be a very easy person to deal with as regards my property. She clearly loves her job and is very good at it. I feel it's important to support independent businesses and have found the personal service I've received from the Twickenham branch has surpassed my expectations. I regularly pass the office and am always welcome to drop in for a chat and feel this individual care raises them above the competition.

GoogleAn impeccable service with a personal touch, from Martin & Co in Twickenham, Barry, the branch manager, conducted the sale of my house in Twickenham with every professionalism, no pretentiousness , no waffling just got on with the job, sold in less than a week and for the right price, couldn’t be happier. On my initial meeting with Barry, after a brief and informal chat, I knew he would be the right man for the job, I went ahead and instructed him there and then, I am pleased I did, he did not disappoint. GoogleAbsolutely a nightmare! The apartment had some issues (e.g. mould coming from the ceiling, issues with the curtain rod, the boiler not working, etc...) It took ages to solve all the issues the apartment had (and many were not solved at all) even after many emails exchanged between us and the agency. For most of the problems reported we had to contact them multiple times by phone and by email to make something happen. For the boiler issue, for example, we had to stay more than 10 days without hot water...unbelievable. Not recommended at all.

The difference was a totally realistic expectation given from the outset by the agent (not under or over valuing or playing games) and a really proactive friendly negotiation which was totally successful and effective

GoogleWe have been with Martin and Co for the last 6 years and had a good experience in relation to letting the house. When it came time to sell we had no hesitation in going straight to them. The service received has been excellent on every level, good patient pragmatic advice from Barry got the sale over the line. I can only say thank you so much and wholeheartedly recommend them to you.

GoogleMy experience with Magnus at Martin & Co changed my perception of real estate agents forever. I sold my flat through them and Magnus has consistently gone above and beyond expectations. He was literally available 24/7 to support me to get my sale through effectively and timely. He coached me throughout the process as it was my first property sale so I was quite inexperienced. On top of being supportive and professional, he was also always very nice and funny and that certainly helped during difficult times. I highly recommend him and Martin & Co, they will look after your project brilliantly.

GoogleWe had an letting viewing appointment on behalf of my elderly grandparents. Unfortunately we were running late and called into the office. A member of the sales team asked us' if we thought it was appropriate to keep their agent waiting in the rain'. When I told him that instead of being rude could he let the agent know, he hung up on me. When I reported this gentleman to the agent we were meeting (Josh Bartram) he told us I'm sure he was just trying to ascertain exactly what has happening and said he could 'offer me another chance to view'. Seriously what is wrong with their office that they think this is appropriate customer service. A simple sure we will see what we can do but in the future please give us more notice would have sufficed. A complete and utter disgrace. Clearly they think renters are beneath them and they can treat them however they like. Disgusting. If I could have given them no stars I would have done.
