I rent a property through the agency. I had a leak following rain which took a bit longer than I would have expected to get fixed, however, my contact there Novia, was helpful throughout and remained in constant communication. The work was eventually completed, with no problems

Enquired about a flat to rent. Was told six weeks deposit is required up front which is illegal. Only five weeks can be charged. When I queried this was told six weeks is standard across the board. Followed this up by email guess what no response. Definitely an estate agent to avoid.
