We are using Martin & Co for almost 10 years now (5 years as tenant and 5 year as landlord). Prompt service and good experiences as a tenant as well as landlord. Recently our tenants decided to move elsewhere, everything from informing us about the same, to keep us informed on every update, and finalising another tenant for done very efficiently and promptly. Thanks Shelly and Barry. Shelly is very helpful - on property visit, securing tenant quickly and sorting the key exchange dates, cleaning booking promptly with efficiency.

As landlords, we have used the services of several agents over the past 11 years and, for various reasons, have ended up managing the property ourselves despite paying for a fully managed service. From the outset, we sensed that the Twickenham Branch of Martin & Co was different. Our main contact, after settling terms with the branch manager, has been Shelly, in charge of lettings. We could hardly believe the difference. She not only promised to do things, she actually did them. This was particularly important as we live 90 miles from the property. She conscientiously vetted potential tenants, arranged viewings and negotiated an acceptable rent. In addition, she recommended a contactor for carpets and redecoration works, liaised with them, and made all necessary arrangements, all the while keeping us well informed. When we met Shelly at the house, she could not have been more pleasant or helpful and gave us the time we needed to finalise details. Equally, Property Manager Novia has been very willing to help in matters such as advising on new white goods. We are extremely pleased with the services we have received and would certainly commend the Twickenham Branch of Martin & Co to landlords.

Rented a flat through Martin & Co in 2010 and when we decided to rent our flat this year the obvious choice was Martin & Co. From day one Phil and team were there to help and explained us the process in detail, renting was very easy through them and it took only 2 viewings to rent our flat within a week. Phil came and done 360 view of each room along with standard photos, 360 view was excellent for any prospective tenant. I'd definitely recommend Martin & Co to my friends.

I have now sold my property previously managed by Martin & Co but felt that I needed to provide further feedback following the management of the whole process. From the way in which the tenants were managed through the notice period to the organisation of maintenance work following their vacating Lauren (Daley) went above and beyond time and again. As someone who has extremely high expectations I find myself constantly disappointed with the service usually metered out by companies and their employees. Very bad experience! No clear and no fear process to rent a property. Provided financial documents but never received answer. Every client deserved an answer even if has been rejected for some reason. On the next day property advertised as “Let Agreed” on company website and day after that installed big sign “To Let” in front of the same property. Still Confused as you can book a viewing on-line. I feel discriminated. A negative feedback.
