Excellent service from the Twickenham team throughout. We were with another agent when the lockdown happened and our chain collapsed. I spoke with Branch Manager Claire, about how Dexters could help, and she couldnt have been more helpful. They immediately got me started again, worked on some interim pictures and virtual viewings, and had visits lined up immediately. We quickly go an offer, and managed to save our chain and get our dream house. Attentive throughout Claire and team pushed hard to get the exchange done in quick time, and kept me constantly appraised of the latest, liaising with solicitors and other agents. 5 star rating for the team, with particular mentions to Claire, Kris and Lesley.

It was a great pleasure to cooperate with Scarlet Dace to find a new property to rent. We didn't have a lot of time to find a new place for us and our dog. Scarlet was helpful, friendly and focused on our goal. At every stage, she helped us with this stressful and tedious work. Scarlet sent us great and accurate offers. We had quite specific requirements as we have a baby, and Scarlet was able to recommend properties that fitted our requirements. I recently embarked on the daunting journey of getting on to the property ladder as a first time buyer. Dexters are proactive in getting your property marketed the right way, realistic price valuation, serious potential buyers and giving you detailed feedback after each visit. They have a catch up every 2/3 weeks to advise you in order to get the outcome you are expecting from the sale of your property. They are always available to discuss any issue you may have and will act promptly to resolve the problem. I had marketed my property with another estate agents but without any results and very bad customer service. I wish I had gone with Dexters in the first place. Thank you to Jamie, Maisy, Claire and lastly Lesley who did an amazing job helping me exchange on the scheduled date. Her understanding and compassion were greatly appreciated!

We consider ourselves so lucky to have been assisted this time by Robert Curtis, who carefully listened and cared for our needs from the very beginning. Dexter’s was so helpful when we were looking to rent (particularly Scarlet Dace)- they were constantly looking for properties for us during our search and unlike many other companies not bombarding you with useless properties, they only sent us what was within our search criteria. After we found the property for us Scarlet was even more helpful, speedy responses to any questions we had, letting us in the property before contracts were signed to measure up and keeping us informed on any changes/what the landlord wanted. She made of first experience of renting enjoyable and stress free. We cannot thank her enough!!
