I've rented my flat out through Dexters Twickenham for 5 years now and they've always been very good to deal with. As a landlord not living nearby I often have questions and both Delphine Michaud and Harriet Fox are very quick to communicate with me and answer any concerns I have. I never feel I'm bothering them. Delphine is very quick to respond to any problems within my property making it a worry-free experience for me. Its much appreciated and I'd recommend them highly.

We have used Dexters twice. The first time we started the process elsewhere and in frustration moved to Dexters who proved vastly superior and got things done. The second time around we started with Dexters and were not disappointed. It was a difficult chain and Dexters managed all elements of it with excellence. Alex was a stalwart throughout and the team were professional and supportive. They helped minimise the stress and the communication and support throughout led to a successful completion that would almost certainly have faltered and failed without them. Thanks to the whole team and I would be happy to recommend them.

I cannot recommend Dexters Twickenham office highly enough. I have moved 7 times over the last 8 years. However, my last move with Dexter was one of the best experience I had. Moving from city to another and find the right place is a very stressful task when you are on your own. Working with Scarlet was a great pleasure. I had a face time viewing with her. She went through all the flat details that I moved into the place for the I felt I was in before. The staff are very friendly, professional and they know their job very well. Scarlet and Joanna kept me informed all the way through the process. I am impressed by their quick response and organisation skills. They have a high level of customer communication. As I work in industry where customer communication is a priority, I can say that their service is pretty impressive. They are STARS

It has been our second, extremely successful experience with finding a new house with Detxers Twickenham. We consider ourselves so lucky to have been assisted this time by Robert Curtis, who carefully listened and cared for our needs from the very beginning. Rob really went the extra mile not only to find the perfect place for our family, but also to accommodate our - many - needs particularly time and location wise. Providing excellent customer service and communication, Rob made the process for us very easy. The feeling was to really being in good hands from the beginning to the end, providing clear explanations and plenty of choices. I have to confess that I had some reservations about assigning my flat sale to Dexters based upon feedback from friends (all from some way in the past in fairness). In fact, Dexters did a great job from start to finish and I have only praise for George Brain and his colleagues on the sales side in Twickenham office. I was selling my house through the lockdown, which caused the loss of one sale. But Dexters had sent enough prospective buyers around that there was a queue of buyers to choose from without having a revisit. Jamie, Chris and Barry helped me through the sale and Lesley was wonderful in progressing the sale, chasing solicitors, etc. I got lots of moral support and great expertise and am very happy in my new home!

This review has to do with a great property manager we had the pleasure of working with. In the property we moved there were quite a few issues left over from the previous tenants. Delphine was close to us from day one. It is the first time a property manager offered to visit the property on the very first day to check all issues personally and arrange to fix/resolve them. Later down the line of few months and through many issues we always felt Delphine was close to us. She even replied to emails when she was away on vacation. People like Delphine are what can keep customers happy in any company. A 5 star property management from Delphine. Thanks for all your effort, time and hard work in making us feel we are treated as valued customers.

Exceptional service provided by the sales team at Dexters Twickenham. The whole process was made as smooth as possible from the valuation right through to completion. Although there were issues with the sale (solicitors), these were dealt with swiftly by the team. They were always available to answer any questions (no matter how stupid) and could not have done any more. A special mention to Justine who kept the sale together and going above and beyond the cause in hurrying up our solicitor and resolving issues with the Estate Agent we were buying with. Could not recommend them enough.

While looking for our flat, Alex contacted us with properties that really matched our search criteria, so I trusted her judgement and didn't feel like I wasted any time on inappropriate viewings. Lesley was great at guiding us through the process as first time buyers and had great communication throughout. Lesley was very reassuring and extremely helpful especially when it came to exchange which was delayed due to problems higher up in the chain. We had one stressful viewing experience and were pressured to make a higher offer in the early stages which we had made clear we wouldn't be doing, for these reasons its 4* rather than 5*. Overall a very efficient service and I would recommend Twickenham Dexters branch!

However this is the first time we have dealt with Harriet Fox and she is by far and away the most helpful, organised and professional agent we have worked with during a new letting process - which was also our most complicated due to a full redecorate needed. We are letting our Twickenham flat through Dexters.  Harriet Fox has been fantastic -  she is extremely proactive, gives constructive feedback and is very effective when dealing with sometimes difficult existing tenants.  But by far most impressive are the volume of viewings arranged within first few days and therefore the speed with which she finds tenants. We have previously used another, cheaper agent, and I now see that, whilst Dexters is more expensive, you definitely get what you pay for. I will not be skimping again!

We used Dexters to let our property in Twickenham. Both Harriet Fox, Sonia De Abreu and the team were first class. From first meeting with Harriet, she exuded confidence and an innate ability to put her words into action. Throughout the whole letting process, the team were attentive and communicative--Harriet even rang us from her holiday. Their advice was good and we ended up with some good tenants, who are still in the property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the lettings team at Dexters. You won't regret it. We haven't.
