I can recommend Dexters Twickenham wholeheartedly! When searching for a rental property, Callum was so quick to provide several wonderful options, all perfectly in my budget and suiting my quite specific requirements. He made arranging viewings extremely simple and convenient, and subsequently handled every part of referencing and processing of the tenancy with efficiency, tact, and responsiveness. I have dealt with several different estate agencies over the years, and Dexters Twickenham have distinguished themselves due to the quality of properties on offer, Callum's perceptiveness and acuity, and the pleasant and helpful manner of the entire team. I will be recommending them to friends and family and keeping them in mind for future business in light of the significant trust they have established.

Chloe works at speed of light! She is diligent and methodical. Securing a home was made so much easier on us and all communications were polite and thoughtful. We also had a great experience with Emma Hickman. She is highly immaculate in her responses and treats home viewing as a personable and sensitive experience. Callum not only has a sharp understanding of the area but is also extremely accurate with relevant searches meeting the family’s needs. In my case, he knew what I needed for a property more than I did myself :) I stood corrected :) Eric is equally a delight! I would happily recommend Dexters in Twickenham.

I wish there were more than five stars to give on this review for Dexters Twickenham, I cannot recommend the team highly enough! We were impressed from start to finish with the whole team who were highly professional and provided such exceptional customer service throughout. In particular we worked closely with Alice, Claire and Elly, a real powerhouse team! Thank you. Beyond the technicalities, their integrity and communication was flawless. We were never left wondering what was happening; they were proactive, transparent, and remarkably calm under pressure, which made the process for us as stress-free as possible. We had previously met another agency which has started operating in the area in the last couple of years but decided, having had a taste of their operating methods, that this was not the way we wanted to work. Having met Alice and her team it was clear that they were the absolute opposite and far superior professionals. (We are very relieved now, having heard shocking accounts from others who used the other agent, that we made this decision). If you want a process that is as stress free as possible, we would not hesitate in recommending Dexters Twickenham wholeheartedly.

A truly fantastic team of experts who not only sold my house but worked hard behind the scenes to find the perfect house for me to buy. From the initial valuation to the sale, Alex was professional, knowledgable and took time to listen to me and was reassuring throughout as it was a big move for me and my children and he fully understood and was super patient with all my calls ! Any call I made was answered immediately with a very quick response each time which makes such a difference. The viewings were really well organised and the team ( Alex/ Ben/ Saskia) took time to know the house and match the lovely buyers to it. Elly and Ian worked tirelessly and with so much energy with very tight timelines and frustrating conveyancers to get the chain all completing on our planned day. Incredible job! I’m so happy in my new home and it’s thanks to the brilliant Dexters team who I highly recommend!

We have just completed (and exchanged simultaneously) on a flat in Twickenham, part probate. Dexters were true to their word on every count. George gave lots of feed back both positive and negatative from viewings and very quickly showed round our buyers. He negotiated well and we were very happy with the outcome and help he offered, occasionally catching up if there were any issues to chase. I must also thank Ian whose role as it seemed to me was to hand hold for the buyers and sellers, and chase up on solicitors, outstanding issues and in our case acted extremely quickly on a last minute request from the buyers solicitor. He managed this with his calm manner and also responded quickly to any emails or calls. His role is a vital part of this team. With the help of both Ian and George and our solicitor, we completed on the date we were all hoping for.

I found Dexters extremely professional, helpful and their communication was outstanding. They worked hard to get a buyer for my property and even harder to push the sale through when it stalled due to issues with a Building Control certificate for my extension. Both Peter and Ian were very persistent and supportive by chasing the council and keeping all parties informed to prevent the sale from falling through. They certainly changed my view of estate agents!!
