Excellent service by Alfie at Dexters.I had registered with all the letting agencies. But Alfie at Dexters set himself apart. I had to relocate all the way from Canary wharf to Twickenham. He knew my preferences and called me as soon as a property was available. The team were so accomodative on viewing times. I also made a request to view the property again which they happliy accomodated. My reference checks took a few hours and i had the tenancy agreement the next day ! I highly recommend Alfie to anyone looking for a property to rent or buy At dexters Twikenham

We've been so impressed with Dexters. If it wasn't for Alfie, we would never have gone to visit our house (as we were told by a different estate agent from another company that it was off the market!) Alfie really listened to what we were saying, made the right enquiries for us, helped us secure a viewing, and before we knew it, we were making an offer! Since then, Claire has been just amazing. She's been fast to respond, friendly, and super helpful, keeping both us and our sellers informed and updated at all times, and letting us know when things needed doing. Thanks so much to Claire for making this happen for us, and in 54 days too! Is that a record!? :)

The rental management team at Twickenham is in shambles. We’ve had 5 different people assigned to us in the past 18 months. No internal communication within the team different people call to ask the same question 10 times. When we went for fully managed service we thought the headache will be less as Dexters would be proactive. On the contrary we pay such high fees every month and are chasing them as a secretary on emails not actioned for 25 days. Would advise everyone to think twice before signing them up

They did exactly what they said they would do - achieved a great price on our property and helped us find and move into a house that met all of our requirements. I had a good experience using Dexter's Twickenham to try and find my next flat. Armando was great - he was friendly and easy to talk to, was helpful in answering my queries, and was happy to answer any questions I had. He was always quick to respond and did well with keeping me up to date on the status of the properties I was viewing,. In the end, I found a property in a slightly different location (Putney) but my positive experience of Dexter's Twickenham and of Armando mean I will certainly be contacting them again when/if I next end up looking for property in or around the Twickenham area. I’ve had such a good experience with dexters in particular an agent called Charlie Evans. He has been amazing from start to finish, from viewing the property, putting an offer in, referencing and finally the tenancy. I’m an anxious person and must of called at least 50 times during the short 2 week process of completion, Charlie was always so helpful and professional and extremely thorough. I have had a great experience with Dexters, George Brain was excellent at keeping touch with honest appraisals whilst I worked my way through other estate agents without success, both he and Peter Harrison-Holt handled all the lead up and communication with myself and buyers faultlessly securing quality buyers, generating interest which secured multiple offers on the property. This also came from the build up to the open day where the whole team worked really hard and impressively with a high volume of calls and marketing that can come with a bigger agency, a lot of interest was also generated out of borough because of this. Claire Sheffield was immediately responsive to the Marketing, tweaking everything as well as super honest and Barry McCarthy very considerate at handling first time buyers and some tricky situations. Anastasia Jankowaik made the sales progression and dealing with the both sets of solicitors very stress free, consistent communication at every step and sorting out all questions, quires, concerns immediately and patiently whilst also helping with securing my onward property and dealing with other estate agents. Finally Nina Gallagher one the best people mangers and negotiators I have met, held things together through hiccups and worked tirelessly to close the deal and make sure all legals with my buyers, the solicitors and also my purchase went through on time. Whatever you've heard about Dexters, they get things done. My experience was of a highly motivated, hungry, professional team but most importantly honest.

Great experience working with Tom and team to rent a house in Twickenham. We tried several other agencies but with Dexters the process for scheduling visits was really smooth and even though the initial property we wanted didn't worked out, we were quickly able to put an offer in a second property and get all paperwork done very quickly. Its a difficult job juggling client and tenant expectations, and keeping calm and professional. 2023 was/is a difficult property market but Dexters lettings kept on getting viewings month after month when the other agents had faded. This was rewarded with an offer over asking price for 2 years, which gives peace of mind. The whole lettings team are professional especially Alfie and Tom the manager. If needed I will certainly be contacting the team in a couple of years and touching base in the meantime. Recommend.
