We have just sold our house through Dexters. Once again, exceptional service. I honestly mean it, that compared to other agencies we have used in the past, communication is so clear and simple - not panicked or dramatic. Just simple and based on what we needed as sellers. They were patient with us as sellers and with the changes in the market over the past year. I would recommend them. Best Twickenham estate agents by far. The sales negotiator Ani (Anastasia) was amazing from the initial phone call and viewings right through to completion. She was always very professional, friendly and responsive. Ian was also really helpful with the admin and ensured the whole process/solicitors side of things went smoothly. Approximately 10 weeks from offer acceptance to completion, without any issues.

From the moment our offer was accepted, they kept us totally in the loop with how things were progressing and where we were in the process. I must give a special mention to Peter... He met us for our initial viewing and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was charming, courteous and professional throughout & kept us updated every few days which we really appreciated. When we had a question, Peter was prompt to respond by email or phone call and he was very approachable no matter what our concern was. Peter, we thank you so much for all of your hard work. I have run my own full service Agency in Notting Hill and have very high expectations of agents. Dexter’s Twickenham really surprised me - Taylor McNeil and his team are excellent! Incredibly efficient, Taylor was on it from the very beginning and was instant and on point. I waited until the very end of the process to post a review as I wanted to see how good he was post signature on the contract. Well - he surpassed expectations and was as good as previously - possibly even better (if that is possible). I've had the recent pleasure of dealing with Elliott Poley when my rented apartment's bathroom sprung a leak and needed fixing, which then followed into a full scale remodel of the said bathroom. Elliott is attentive, hands on with a wonderfully friendly demeanour. He works as a Design and Refurbishment Consultant, which means he oversees the whole project, liaises between the contractors, the landlords and us effortlessly. He kept our considerations in mind, kept us in each communication and would help squash any issue that would arise. He doesn't manage the project from afar, he pops by on a daily basis to monitor and check in on us as well. Rest assured if you have Elliott dealing with any works in your apartment, you're in good hands.

Have been looking for my first rental home and reached out to Dexter’s when I saw a property I liked. Unfortunately the one I was interested in had gone, but Eloisa who I spoke to on the phone, was very helpful and sent across some other’s I may like without being pushy like most estate agents, which I loved. Eloisa was amazing helpful and professional through the whole process and helped me find the one. Nothing was a problem and would try and help quickly with any questions I had. I have to say her professionalism made the experience enjoyable, as a lot of other agents I had spoken to really put me off due to their brash and rude nature. I would defiantly consider using dexters again when I come to buying my first property or recommend to others.

Dexters have been brilliant from start to finish! The service is very professional throughout the whole process. They get you the best price possible. You really are dealing with a quality agent. During our selling experience there were challenges but the team knows how to sort those out effectively and efficiantly. I could write alot more but want to thank all of the staff as they work well as a team to get the job done! We had plenty of quality viewings and had a serious buyer soon after marketing. I want to give a big thank you to Nina whos is brilliant and liaises with solicitors buyers and keeps the cogs turning and makes the exchange happen.
