What a whirlwind of activity from a very efficient team of enthusiastic, energetic, motivated , and respectful Agents - so glad we chose Dexters to handle the sale of my father's bungalow. We were very well looked after by Peter, who kept us informed of every step being taken and his enthusiasm was contagious. The bungalow was put up for sale 10 days ago, with a Bank Holiday in between, and is now Under Offer. I never thought buying a property would be so easy, but with the help of Claire and her phenomenal team, my dreams came true in no time!! They work round the clock and always there to help and answer your questions in case you have a difficult solicitor!! Genuinely speaking, I never had to ask for anything twice and I cannot recommend Dexters more!! I hope I can knock on their door again in the near future with more purchases. Purchase completed, Harriet and her team were quick to jump on board and they found me quality tenants in the space of 10 days while the property wasn’t even ready for marketing! Not only did they manage to find me great tenants, they secured me a much desired two year tenancy at a record price for its location!!! Sale price & Commission rates - 3/5 Service post offer acceptance - 5/5 Overall rating- 4/5 We sold a property via Dexters. We decided to go ahead with Dexters because they showed us data and the most promise from a sale price. We survived an initial round of disappointment as the property did not get get anywhere close (within 5%) to the listed price. Offer came in the moment we reduced the price and matched it with what some of the other estate agents originally quoted. Once the offer was accepted, Nina Gallagher and Kris were excellent throughout the process. They also provided us with data and support for our onward purchase offer. The chain was long and the overall process took close to 7 months. Throughout Nina was accessible and very supportive.

Eloisa has been incredibly helpful in helping myself and my partner find and secure a brilliant flat! She has been incredibly patient with us and friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, keeping in touch regularly and being really attentive to our needs. Dexters have also been brilliant at providing excellent customer service, even offering to deliver a case of wine to our flat when we were faced with a minor setback in the admin/contract! We would like to commend Ellie Luxford, who on two occasions championed us to sellers as being first choice. On the first occasion there was a weekend viewing and bid/taking and although ours was not the highest bid, thanks to Ellie the sellers gave us 24 hours to consider the options, but we decided not to go with it. On the second occasion again, thanks to Ellie and her colleagues such as Brian, we were championed as the most suitable buyers, and our offer was accepted. That was the start of the journey rather than the end. There was considerable pressure to complete before 30th of June 2021 and Ellie played a key role in continuous liaison with solicitors, the sellers and our estate agents to keep up the momentum. The property we were buying was a deceased estate, with quite a lot of work needed, and Ellie was endlessly patient in letting us see the property several times, to plan out the priorities for renovation. When Ellie was away for a bit, her colleague Nina stepped in, and was equally very helpful, which we believe is indicative of very good team working. In effect all had a key role in making it happen. We were lucky to have an exceptionally good solicitor together with highly motivated and able Estate agents working for us in Wimbledon, but without going into detail it seemed to us the other solicitors involved seemed to us to be at times rather “variable”. Despite this we completed in 5 weeks which we gather is very good going, and we do believe this could have happened without very good Estate Agents in Dexters in Twickenham and Ellisons in Wimbledon who communicated effectively and frequently with each other. We would like to thank Ellie and the team at Dexters and Andrew Hunt & Aidan Purtill at Ellisons very much for their parts in achieving this. Robert & Anne Clark

I cannot rate Claire Sheffield and her team at Dexters enough. I’ve never said this before but they don’t just go the extra mile they go the whole marathon. Dexters sold our house: I expected that. However, Claire has been there throughout to help push the sale forward and keep everyone in the chain calm. Claire’s advice has been invaluable: she has saved us money and offered practical, timely advice. Claire and the team at Dexters have also helped keep things moving on the house we are buying which, by the way, is not even in the same area! Fabulous seven star service.

From the very beginning of the process KrisGauson put me at ease. He and all the team showed empathy regarding my feelings on having to move due to mobility issues.
