Horrendous experience that I wouldn’t want my worse enemy to go through - they auction rental homes - paid the asked holding deposit and as we are a gay couple I heard “the other family were chosen” as you have cats - note that pets were allowed - and I paid the holding deposit? I was so confused - now the absurdity gets worse and worse - not returning the holding deposit and one blaming each other - I had to get the police involved as this is a crime - AVOID AT ALL COSTS and btw they keep calling me offering properties and asking if I’m prepared to pay more than the asked price - CRIME - auctioning rental properties

I worked closely with Taylor, but also had the opportunity to work with other staff as well and was greatly impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team. We were very impressed with how dynamic and passionate Rhys is. We had our first meeting on Friday at 3pm, he had the photographers visit and sent us the contract later that day, then he went to work on the Saturday despite it usually being his day off so as to put our property online to market and then he had organized 5 viewings for the Monday thereafter. On Monday afternoon Rhys called us with an offer and we have our tenant scheduled to move in in less than two weeks from then! Very good communication and responses to emails and phone calls.
