Nina was a delight to work with. There were some bumps along the way with the solicitors and Nina was unbelievable in her communication and tireless chasing / resolving of issues with solicitors on both sides. She almost single handedly turned what could have been a disastrous process into a success. I am very grateful for all of her support and can't recommend her highly enough!

I was looking for an apartment to move to and my agent from Twickenham Office was Robert Curtis. I was really pleased with him. Rob is so professional, very fast (1 min. you're on the phone with him and next, he has already sent you emails with photos, location, videos, etc.) I want to say that he is the best agent ever and if you are looking for a new home , you need to choose Rob. He is definitely the right person for it. It's a real shame that I can't give him more than 5 stars stars, because he deserves so much more :)

This is a few month late, so I do apologies, as life got in the way, but better late than never. I would like to personally thank Claire Sheffield and the team in Dexter's Twickenham for helping to sell our flat. Claire and the team really did go above and beyond to help myself and my husband. We are both living outside of the UK at the moment and were struggling with getting last minute things sorted in the flat. Claire and the team were always so supportive helping us wherever they could, be it going around to the flat to sell a fridge and washing machine, or letting the painters in or dealing with any request that came their way. The professionalism and all round willingness to help in any way was such a support to myself and my husband in getting the property sold. They were always providing updates on the progress or advising us on what we needed to do. We thank you for all your help as it was greatly appreciated, especially as we were not in the country so it was a little harder. I would highly recommend working with Claire and the team. George has been very helpful in our search for a house - friendly, professional and quick to answer any queries. He is polite and courteous even when we asked to see a property for a second time and then decided not to rent it. We have dealt with many estate agents over the past few weeks in our search and George is easily the nicest - helpful in making sure we know about properties coming on to the market without being too pushy. We have recently purchased our first property with them and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. By word of mouth a friend had recommended them to me. During the whole process (of which can be a very stressful time for everyone involved!!). Dexters were amazing and especially Chris H. He ensured clear communication with us at every juncture, was so personable and understanding throughout the whole process.
