The Trusted AgentOverall Poor Experience - Avoid as a tenant
When we initially moved into the property we were provided with misleading information regarding council tax band and parking from the agent who conducted the viewing - both deciding factors for settling on the property. Upon move out, the company refused to action the release of our deposit from the protection scheme in a timely manner despite being asked twice by the landlord of the property himself to do so. We effectively had to wait for almost a month longer than should have been necessary to receive the deposit back. All in all, not a positive experience and will be avoiding as both a future tenant and prospective buyer.

Googlesame as all above reviews total disgrace to the legal profession - i'm a client with a ground rent dispute but living outside of the U.K missed payment due to sale of ground rent without prior notice between 2 parties. Phoned to resolve and after conversation with Dan Thornton who was ENTIRELY UNREASONABLE looks like i will be paying £450+ in additional charges for the sending of a single templated letter..UTTERLY DISGUSTING...AVOID THIS COMPANY!

GoogleWe started to use RightVal about 12 months ago to generate new leads for our Estate Agency (both sales and lettings) and the service has been exceptional. I have been dealing with Cassie and Emily and both have been so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with any query we've thrown their way. The interface is very easy to use and we have been generating leads for fun!!!
