However, the process took two weeks from viewing the property to day of move in, which is quicker than most applications. We have laws and regulations that we need to abide by, which includes fully referencing tenants and in some circumstances a guarantor may be required. What we do not expect or tolerate is inappropriate language towards our branch team in any capacity and believe that we communicated updates regarding the application clearly and in good time.
