GoogleAvoid This Agency at All Costs, Complete Scam Artists!
If you’re considering renting through this agency, DON’T. Gabriela, Adam, and Alex are the most unprofessional, unreliable individuals I’ve ever dealt with. They scammed us into renting a property they clearly never bothered to inspect.
After paying upfront, we discovered that nothing in the property works. The appliances are completely faulty to the point where the hob and oven triggered the fuse, leaving us without proper cooking facilities. We were left with no heat, no oven, no microwave, and a bathroom that doesn’t even function properly.
To make matters worse, they ordered a new oven but gave us less than 24 hours’ notice before the delivery, meaning we missed it. They had no answers, no solutions, and absolutely no accountability. They are impossible to communicate with, and good luck ever getting a hold of your landlord through them.
Gabriela, Adam, and Alex have been utterly useless, offering excuses rather than solutions. They ignored our complaints and left us in an uninhabitable property. It’s clear they’re only interested in taking your money and running.
This agency is a complete scam. Renting with them means signing up for endless stress, zero accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism.
Take this as your warning: save your money and rent through another agency. These people are horrible, unprofessional, and will leave you regretting every penny you spent.
If you don’t want to be taking legal action against your Lettings agency and freezing and starving in your new flat I suggest you find another one!!!

GoogleI rang this company about loads iff rubbish out side their property their renting they didn't do nothing about it the rubbish is on pavement loads wood and a pair iff boots on pavement, it keeps happening up this road all the letting properties have bins and rubbish out side the lettings and other easier agents aren't bothered either
