GoogleLisa Mires at your move Tunbridge Wells has been a wonderful and thoroughly responsive member of staff. Unfortunately due to my house mate becoming deluded and unstable and causing myself, the agency and the landlord nothing but chaos and damage to the property. Lisa has remained professional and helpful throughout. Highly recommend! Would advise all agents and landlords to keep an eye out for a DARIO BARNES and to NOT rent a property to him in the Kent area as he will take advantage and refuse to pay rent whilst smoking drugs and purposefully damaging property. Unfortunately found this out the hard way.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe moved into our new home in October having found it through Your Move. The staff, Katy and Tracy, at the High Street Tunbridge Wells office could not have been more helpful both in organizing viewings and then guiding the sale process. We were in a chain that got a bit complicated but Katy and Tracy were great at keeping us informed and liaising with the other estate agents. Thank you!

GoogleGuy and his team were great from the start. He patiently answered our questions and explained things. Their really effective marketing meant we had a stream of viewings resulting in several offers within a week. We particularly liked the video, and communication was good throughout.

GoogleI want to say how brilliant Sophie is, the viewing she conducted was excellent she had the answers to all of my questions and then followed up with us promptly although we didn't go with that property she was by far the best person we have dealt with while at viewings and then the follow up. Would highly recommend!

GoogleMy partner and I just completed the purchase of our first home in Tunbridge Wells and we have to thank Your Move for it. From the moment we viewed the property to the day we purchased it, Katy has been very professional, helpful and always responsive. We cannot thank her enough. As we did not have a solicitor, she helped with recommending one (Premier Property Lawyers), which we were very happy with. We had a mortgage advisor already, as we had tried to purchase a property last year, but we were not very happy with their service, so when Katy asked if we wanted a free consultation with Embrace (EFS), we took her offer, and we are very glad we did. David from Embrace is a star! We even met with him in person and he was extremely helpful. We also interacted briefly with Megan and Tracey from Your Move, and they were both nice and polite. We would definitely recommend Your Move to anyone who is interested in buying/selling a property in Tunbridge Wells!
