Unfortunately we did not have the smoothest of journeys toward exchange and completion (due to other circumstances) but Katy & Lauren were fantastic in supporting us through this very stressful time. GoogleI had a great experience with Your Move. Lauen showed me a few properties and she was just so patient and understanding of my needs. As soon as we found the right property she was very helpful, answering any questions I had as quickly as possible. She is very knowledgeable and made my whole buying process as smooth as it could possibly be. Even following the sale she helped with a few questions I had. I would definitely recommend Your Move with the help of Lauren.

GoogleIf I could give no stars I would. What a shocking company. Left our rented house for one with brackets and it’s been nearly 6 weeks without our deposit back. Next to no communication or answers to emails. They say we deal with the landlord the landlord says we deal with your move. No one at this company knows what they are doing when it comes to renting and dealing with awful landlords. Our landlord is purposely being difficult and taking money off for unnecessary things but not getting the work done. Your move don’t ask for receipts so your landlord can make an invoice and take the money for themselves. I would never use your move again. Especially not this branch or the gravesend one.

GoogleExcellent service all round from Katy and Lauren at Your Move Tunbridge Wells. We had listed our house with another agent and had 3 buyers drop out for various reasons. But then we relisted with Your Move as the house we were buying was through them, and suddenly everything worked smoothly. They reassured out sellers, found a good buyer for our place within a week, then they kept the rest of the process running along smoothly, nudging and chasing solicitors etc. where needed. Couldn't recommend more highly.

GoogleDon't rent with them, I was left without a working shower for 3 months and after complaining I was told that the time it takes is irrelevant because they are following their standard repair process. I have never experienced a worse level of customer service nor have I seen a team of people less interested in listening to their customers. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
