I honestly can’t thank the team at Your Move enough. As a first time buyer on my own, I had no idea where to start. I spoke to multiple estate agents, but none compared to Katy and Emily. From the very first phone call to arrange viewings through to finding my perfect home, they were incredible every step of the way. I cannot thank Katy Jewell at Your Move Tunbridge Wells enough for her efforts during my flat sale. From start to finish she was proactive, keep me updated constantly and extremely supportive. She really drove this sale through and at times, I wasn’t sure it would ever reach the finish line. We had lots of delays from solicitors and also a lack of communication from them and Katy went over and above to compensate for the other parties involved and got to the bottom of any issues quickly. Lauren was also a delight to work with. In fact, it was a pleasure to deal with anyone at Your Move, they’re an efficient team who care. Thoroughly recommend them as a selling agent.

My property was marketed extremely well, and Lauren was excellent at conducting viewings and getting buyers to make offers.  Katy worked non-stop managing solicitors, my buyer and the rest of the chain. The communication from YourMove was great.  Katy & Lauren would answer my call almost any time or call me right back.  They genuinely wanted me to get the best sale price, and I wasn’t pressured to lower my price to speed things up. I just would like to share my experience as a viewer of a properly advertised with YourMove. If you have a property to sell you may like to consider instructing them. Emily Smith arranged my viewing and was very accommodating when I phoned back the next day to change to a different day which she accommodated, Emily was polite and I could tell she was as interested as I was about the viewing - on behalf of the seller. A welcoming email was received to confirm the viewing info etc. I was greeted by Adam Pearce whom I found to be a polite and courteous young man from start to finish, he was knowledgable on the questions I asked and offered information, he also asked if I would like to also view again just to take it all in. A real delight with having a nice friendly and cheerful demeanour. It really put me at ease. :)

The whole process from appraisal to sale was smooth and professional. When Katy came round to take photos she made sure that Lauren, the lead for our sale, was with her and up to speed with the particulars to ensure they hit the ground running. They'll start you off with a high price for your property to pull you in. After 2 weeks they dropped the price and started giving offers of 250k. They also said spending money on the property wouldn't make any difference. £3200 was spent on the property and after a short period a price of 315k was settled and the place sold with a different agent. They didn't seem to care about the business!
