Danish has been very efficient and reliable in managing matters during our tenancy. We recently had an issue in the apartment, and he immediately contacted the landlord and proposed a practical solution. Thanks to his sound judgment, the landlord accepted his suggestion without hesitation, and the problem was resolved within three days. He also follows up to ensure matters are properly resolved and has made the process straightforward for us as tenants. His support as a property manager has been much appreciated.

Very friendly and approachable team. Willing to adapt to our requests, listen and respond. Very good brochures printed. Online advertising constantly up dated and feedback. We were told about viewings in good time and also given ideas regarding what we could do to improve the house. They were all very diligent and hard working. Hamptons in Headington lead by Heather were extremely good estate agents and they all Genuinely wanted to sell our house and were extremely professional.

GoogleWe were looking for a 5+ bedroom plus office property and struggling to find one that met our needs. Hamptons took it upon themselves to "properly" assist and faultlessly arranged numerous viewings and second viewings in a very professional manner. Overall, the experience with Hamptons was excellent. I dealt with Bailey King throughout the process and he kept me updated throughout the entire time and was by far the best agent that I have ever dealt with. My previous local agent could learn lessons from Hamptons on how to treat people as I will now stick with Hamptons following this experience. This is how it is should be done! I wouldn't bother with other estate agents in Tonbridge & T/Wells, Hamptons are better!!! I can say this through sufficient experience... Well done Bailey & thank you.

GoogleOlivia was so helpful in finding us a lovely new apartment. She knew we were on the hunt with a tight deadline, and was super helpful in sending us top places before they even went on the likes of Rightmove or zoopla so we could be the first ones in to see. She knew exactly what we wanted- was super helpful, accommodating, organized, and made our move a breeze! Would highly recommend over other letting agency’s we’ve used in Tunbridge Wells. We will definitely be working with Olivia and her team again!

The house we have rented through the Parsons Green office has been a great experience from the beginning. We haven’t rented in a number of years but are doing so while renovating our own house. The property is managed by Hamptons through the help and expertise of Danish at their property management. Everything issue is dealt with efficiently and politely through Danish making our lives so much easier! I can trust that it will be done always, thank you Danish.

However, it was incredibly refreshing to meet and work with Olivia of the Tunbridge Wells branch, so much so that she has set a new high benchmark to what other estate agent should aspire. GoogleWell, I'm going to add another glowing review. My only contact with Hamptons Tunbridge Wells was with Olivia Meredith and she was fantastic every step of the way. A pleasant friendly manner and demonstrating an impressive knowledge of both the owner and the property. I have moved quite a lot over the years due to work so I've been on many viewings. This might have been the best. I left the property not needing to know a single thing more. It's so rare that you come away from contact with a company feeling like not only were you in safe hands but also that they genuinely wanted the best for you. Thanks.

We have been incredibly happy with our experience of selling our house through Hamptons Balham. Tom and Jack were the main estate agents we worked with. Also loved their photographer Bo who spent over an hour and a half getting excellent photos and a detailed floor plan (a lot of estate agencies won’t spend that type of money and time on the house marketing). Davina was also fab.
