Vanessa and Nathalie who we dealt with over a six year period, were very helpful and friendly and very much up-to-date with all rentals matters. Their communication with us was prompt and most helpful.

GoogleBelvoir manages my rental property and I have found them to be very helpful, professional and any maintenance issues are dealt with as soon as possible. I have peace of mind with them managing my property as I know they put my tenants' well-being first and look after my property well. As a result, I have tenants who stay for many many years and happy tenants make for happy landlords. Thank you so much to the lettings team and Simon especially.

GoogleFantastic experience - very professional approach, timely execution, flexibility to accommodate last minute changes which are inevitable in this process, great customer care (Simon helped with docs, shared guidance about the new area, was very responsive). GoogleBelvoir is such an amazing letting agent! Simon helped us found a lovely home and he always responded quickly. Our family has rent a flat with a dog and confirmed all the details with the landlord in a day and get everything done in 2 weeks. They are amazing and always helpful. We were under a bit of time pressure so they made sure the process was as smooth as possible. They even gave us a little moving in box which was a nice touch
