Belvoir has been the managing agent for my rented property for over 12 years. I have appreciated their good communication with me over any concerns with my property plus photographs taken at the property on their 6 monthly reviews . I receive monthly information about the paid rent and annual statements for tax return purposes. As I live some distance from the property it is very useful to know Belvoir is regularly inspecting it and handling the collection of rental.
