Belvoir Tunbridge Wells has managed the rental of my property in Southborough since 2011 and this year Belvoir has acted as agent for the sale of the property. The finding new tenants for the property and renewal of tenancies has been seamless, while all maintenance issues have been dealt with speedily and efficiently using their support contractors. The sale of the property has completed in three months with the same excellent support and efficiency. Belvoir have managed our move brilliantly, with constant and timely contact from Simon at the Tunbridge Wells office, making the contract process clear and easy. They were understanding and flexible with the fact we were moving across the country, allowing us to complete the documentation in another office nearer our old residence which made the move day far smoother than it would have been otherwise. I would like to thank the Belvoir team and especially Simon for helping me rent my flat. In my case it was almost impossible as I arrived in the UK only 7 months ago, I'm 60 years old, I am on benefits and I have just started to learn English. Simon managed to make an agreement with the landlord, and the landlord kindly agreed to rent me a flat. It was a real miracle for me! I am truly grateful, and I really appreciate your help! Also Belvoir are the managers of this flat and when there was a problem in the flat I wrote to Simon and he quickly organised a visit of a specialist and in the end the problem was fixed quickly and properly for which I am very grateful! I have been using Belvoir Tunbridge Wells to market and rent out my property for a number of years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Whenever a tenant has given notice, a new tenant has always been confirmed within a couple of weeks meaning that the property never stands vacant and the tenants provided have always been reliable, professional and very respectful of the property. Any issues with maintenance are dealt with swiftly and to a very high standard through their team of contractors and contacts within the industry which is my main reason for using an agent to handle my rental requirements. Invoicing is clear and payment is always prompt. In addition to the services they offer, the monthly newsletter is up to the minute with any legislative changes that many affect rental properties along with more general property related news and hints. It is always an interesting, informative and helpful read which I value. The entire team at Tunbridge Wells are a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to many more years of dealing with them.

What can I say- the experience I’ve had has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the get go Simon has been helpful, reliable and really easy to talk to.
