Although a difficult and bespoke conveyancing situation with occupier age restrictions and the involvement of managing agents in the chain of the two leasehold properties the sale went through after a lot of hard work. The flat was originally purchased through Andrews Tunbridge Wells and because they had dealt with many property sales at this particular development I chose to go back to them for their experience in properties of this type. Tom and Jay both worked very hard with myself in communicating and the support process of completing all of the issues along the way to exchange and finally the completion on December 18th. It was a long haul and thank you both for your efforts and to the rest of the staff in the Tunbridge Wells Office.
