The team at M&P go above & beyond to provide amazing service. From a landlords perspective (my position), to a tenants (friends have rented through them). Graeme Young in the man that can, he trains his team relentlessly to provide great customer service. After working with him the last 4 years I absolutely trust that he has my properties best intentions in mind when sourcing tenants. This isn't an agency that leases properties without a care in the world. They want to match the tenant & property properly which in turn encourages good relationships with the landlord/longevity in tenancies. When discussing moving abroad & the complexities we could face, Graeme reassured me tenfold that things would be fine. Which they have been! In instances where there has been an emergency with my tenants he has gone out of his way (in his personal time) to resolve these problems. Graeme is a testament to M&P & my business will always be secure as long as he's around! There is no other Lettings Agents for Hotel Angela Ltd.

Buying a house is a stressful and at times an uncertain process, though we honestly felt we had a great relationship with James Donkin from Marsh and Parsons. He was incredibly helpful and professional in his approach, and more than anything else, honest. Having dealt with a number of estate agents through our search, we felt most were typical sales people only out for themselves and never giving us the full picture with regards to properties. James understood what we wanted and only sent properties to us that were relevant and allowed us time to come back to him with our thoughts, rather than calling everyday whilst we were both incredibly busy at work. He always made time to fit our schedule and really treated us like human beings rather than just another sale on the board. We couldn't recommend someone highly enough as we do James. If you want someone who will be honest and professional, he is the guy you want. Thanks for everything, James.

Recently moved with the help of Marsh and Parson with Katie Baker; she was fantastic! From day one I told her what we were looking for and she just got it. She showed me five apartments, three of which we placed an offer on. She never wasted my time with apartments that were over my budget or tried to convince me that if I gave up my morning Starbucks coffee/bought packed lunches I would be able afford that £30 a week more expensive flat. She was never pushy, always gave us good advice, was honest and easy to talk to. Can't recommend her and the agency highly enough. Have already recommended M&P and Katie to friends.

Incompetent organisation. Each person we dealt with had no idea what they were doing, caused unnecessary stress and chaos, told different lies to us and the landlord. I would never recommend that anyone uses marsh and parsons, and would urge all landlords to use a different company. I moved out nearly a year ago and yet they're still insisting I live in the property! And worst of all our deposit wasn't protected and I wish I'd taken them to court now. At the time I just wanted rid of them.
