GoogleEveryone is acutely aware of how scheming and clinical estate agents can be, especially in this city, so have to say it was genuinely great to find an attentive, genuine and honest estate agent - Guyan Tennent-Bhohi. He's really good at what he does and wasn't completely detached like a lot of estate agents. So, kudos! Would definitely reach out to Guyan again for help in the flat finding scheme. Thank you!

GoogleJack and Izzy helped us secure our dream flat with seamless communication! They were readily available and tremendously helpful as we navigated an extremely fast moving rental market. We feel very lucky and also grateful to their service and would highly recommend anyone to work with Marsh and Parsons in the future for their real estate needs. UPDATE: after signing the contract, everything has gone horrible. Move-in date was bad, contractual obligations were not kept on time. They lost our second set of keys and the agent kept gaslighting and ignoring us. I guess this is bound to happen after you give them your £££. Would not recommend!
