Terrible service. Avoid like the plague. Will sell you the dream and deliver the nightmare. Lock you into a contract from hell and tell you there’s nothing you can do about the property being unlivable, filthy and with many many broken items. Always on the landlords side and will not even tell you where the deposit is held so you can try and get it back. Sign up with these jokers at your peril!

Excellent service and great communication. I dealt with two of their agencies at once as they wanted to maximise the visibility of our house on the market. Rubbish experience. No help whatsoever when moving in and trying to liaise with landlord in relation to removing furniture even though they told me the landlord agreed to remove his previous furniture. Spoiler alert he didn’t agree they lied. No support whatsoever when the landlord tried to fraudulently claim half our deposit back. Got harassed by Marsh and Parsons at work numerous times and ended up going to the tenancy deposit scheme to collect our rightful deposit. Which we eventually won. Hardly ever respond to tenants. Constantly told to go to a new person for contact. Made it difficult to raise actual issues because no one would ever respond.

Oliver Guppy, of the Tufnell Park branch of Marsh & Parsons, is the rare find among estate agents: mature, responsive and knowledgeable. Our criteria were rather specific and we were, admittedly, quite rigid but this did not faze Oliver. He identified a property straight away and did not waste our time with 'maybes'. As first-time buyers, we were unaware of how complicated the purchase process is. Oliver guided us from offer through negotiation to completion, with patience and respect. While we were aware that his ultimate responsibility was to the seller, we felt very well-advised at all stages. We would definitely work with him again.

No support from them when moving in and told landlord had agreed to remove furniture and he had not. No support when leaving the property and the landlord wanted half the deposit. Just told to pay lots of money to please landlord. Had to go through tenancy deposit scheme to allow us to recieve money as landlord had no grounds. As a renter don't expect any help, only seem to care about you if you're rich and buying.
