I’m glad to say that Kingstons have rebuilt that trust and I can’t inagine wanting to use anyone else to buy, sell or rent with.

GoogleAll staff at Kingstons Trowbridge are welcoming, approachable, knowledgeable, flexible, efficient and reliable.
Ben and the team provide a great service and we were pleased with the quality and presentation of our property details and advertising in both local newspapers and online format. The photographer who took plenty of internal and external photos and also aerial shots with a drone is outstanding. We had plenty of viewings and interest from buyers both local and further afield.
When our home sold we were in a large chain that had its complications. The conveyancing period is a hugely important factor to consider when choosing an estate agent as it will inevitably be a very stressful and worrying time. Jackie and Emma helped to keep things running smoothly and were essential to ensuring that matters progressed and stayed on track for exchange of contracts.
Currently, online agents are rife, trying to entice you with cheap upfront fees but you will lose this money if you change agents when you are unhappy with their services. Ensuring progress to completion is the most crucial part of buying and selling houses. You will not get the same level of service and knowledge with an online agent as I have experienced with Kingstons. The other essential thing with Kingstons is local knowledge of people, property, location, surrounding area and facilities such as schools etc which can be priceless to a buyer and therefore should be deemed as a vital requirement when selling.
I recommend Kingstons without hesitation and will be using them again in future.

FacebookTried to buy a house through Kingston’s. After we’d paid for the survey and solicitors and we’re ready to exchange the seller decided to pull out and put it back on the market for more money.
I can understand having a difficult seller occasionally, however Kingstons have ‘sold’ this exact same house 3 times within 6 months without it actually completing. It’s now being marketed a 4th time. It shows a complete lack of morals to keep letting their buyers down like this so beware buying from them

Thank you for your comments and valuable feedback. Unfortunately our client has endured a very difficult time in moving as well. They have lost three properties they wished to purchase. Their buyers withdrew from the first sale. If this had not of happened then they would be moved by now. We are very sorry that you understandably withdrew from the purchase due to the price increase. Once again our clients faced no choice in doing so as the market had increased from when accepting your offer and they were gazumped by £50,000. Since then our client have lost another house due to bring gazumped. At Kingston’s we of course are employed by our seller,however we have a duty of care to buyers too. It was a very unfortunate set of circumstances out of ours and our sellers control. Our clients are lovely, kind, moral people who have also had a difficult time. I am sorry due to your experience that you wouldn’t recommend our services but I am confident in saying that any professional hard working estate agents would of acted in the same way. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the very best for the future and in your new home.
