Contact was prompt and efficient and the customer service was always outstanding. No question was too small or silly and it was never a problem to have asked. Great service from the start with Ben Clinch giving me a true and honest property valuation that meant I could market my house to sell. Very quick turn around of getting professional photographs taken and getting this online and the same is to be said for selling my house - all happened very quickly. Unfortunately my buyer pulled out prior to exchange, but Ben and the team were back on the case and managed to get me another buyer the SAME DAY! Jackie then took over from this point its because of her sheer determination that this very long chain managed to complete - great organisational and communication skills, and thanks for having the patience of a saint throughout this process! I would like to shout out Caroline from trowbridge kingstons. Our purchase was absolutely horrific and took 6 months, was super stressful and unnecessary on many parts, no fault of kingstons though. And Caroline the whole way through was constantly on the case trying to get answers and chase loads of other clowns up who were constantly holding things up. She is a credit to kingstons. If I'm honest if it wasn't for her I probably would of pulled the plug long time ago. Thank you

A friend warned me about how stressful moving can be and I told her I wasn't worried. I'll be honest, we've had some brilliant luck and some really bad luck in the past 9 months, but Kingston's were brilliant throughout all of the ups and downs. They are a really responsive team. Andy and Ben knew which clients would love our house and found us a home we love. Kingston's regularly communicated, and as we've exchanged today (finally!!) I can hardly express how grateful I am to Jackie and Emma. Jackie worked and worked and worked and kept us in the loop and really, made it all happen in the nick of time. Yes, it was stressful but thanks to Jackie's warmth and tenacity, Nicole's cheeriness, and the entire team's professionalism, we'll be moving soon.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kingstons Trowbridge (especially Jackie and Ben) really went above and beyond to help us purchase our new home and after reading some other review this is clearly not a one off. Jackie and Ben really made us feel like we were their only priority and managed to make the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been and kept us fully informed and responded very quickly to any queries. I would not hesitate to buy or sale through them again in the future as they really do provide an A* friendly but professional service and I will be recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

The 5 star average is so well deserved... we sold our house, for the asking price, within a week and exchanged today with relatively little stress. Jackie and Ben were great. Ben started lining up viewings before we even agreed to list with them and was immensely positive from the off despite a "slow market". Jackie was great at keeping us updated and talking to our buyer on our behalf, especially helpful when the other sides solicitor was dragging their feet. I would absolutely recommend using Kingstons, the rates are fair, the service is great and their understanding of the area will get your property sold. Don't bother with disappointment bricks, just give Ben a call.

I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff at Kingstons. We invited a couple of Estate Agents to value our property and felt that Kingstons provided a very professional, friendly and consultative approach in the valuation of our property. We were over the moon when they booked a number of viewings and consequently sold the property within 4 days! We were slightly under pressure to find our new home, our buyers had no chain and wanted to move in quickly. Ben C and the team worked tirelessly to keep us up to date on new properties entering the market and we purchased our perfect home within 2 weeks of selling. Throughout the sale and purchase process Jackie kept things moving and was in contact on a regular basis to ensure the completion date was met. The process from sale to completion was just under 9 weeks and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I hope to not move again any time soon but if we did Kingstons would be the first people we’d call.

Thought customers should know how this company treats people .we contacted Kingston estate agency melksham ref property in Semington wiltshire must have rang Friday eve about 5 pm chap not interested probably going to pub.rang there Trowbridge branch and was told gentleman was a partner. with kingstons.very helpfull arranged to view on 25/08/22 at 11am arranged as 70 and disabled to get there.24/08/22 late afternoon to say could not view but arranged re view on 02/09/22 also told under offer and could they let us know of another property with stairs already told of disability so no stairs.said to partner something does not ring right so no surprise to get a call to say the property was sold with offer.we had explained as family live in wiltshire we had full asking price and no offer as a fair price. What does this tell you. On a final note it will only be stamp value for me to send a copy to sellers.hope they got full asking price of the property..I hope the partners feel happy with the way there company is run.I have been asked to change my review NOT POSSIBLE as I had no answer to this review from kingstones about why when under offer we were prepared to pay asking price so seller will be contacted rather than they should not be informed of our intention to buy rather than a quick sale no partner prepared to discuss so sorry will NOT change the true facts of my review..
