FacebookBen, Ben, Caroline & Jackie were amazing! So patient and understanding and answered all my (many) questions along the way. They were very kind throughout a fairly stressful and drawn out process, thanks to Wiltshire Council being so very, incredibly slow! They were calm and reassured me throughout that all would be well, which is was! Very highly recommended, thank you Kingstons!

GoogleHighly recommend Kingston’s We recently bought a property from Kingston’s estate agents and were amazed at how helpful and efficient Jackie and Emma are, not only with the purchase but they also kept on top of our house sale which was being done through a different estate agents, who didn’t seem to care about keeping us updated! Truly amazed at their customer services for both vendor and purchaser...thank you sincerely!

GoogleI do not write reviews very often but the service we have received from Kingstons has been absolutely fantastic. Our house sale was particularly challenging due to a footpath dispute that lasted for over 2 years (!) but Kingstons supported us throughout this. Ben and his team buck the trend as far as my previous experience of Estate Agents is concerned and we will certainly use them again. Excellent from start to finish!

GoogleThe experience my brother and I received from Kingston's, Trowbridge, was excellent. We were always greeted in a professional and friendly manner at the office and via telephone conversations. Ben, Jackie and the rest of the team were very knowledgeable and ensured out house was sold and completed in just over six weeks ! GoogleKingstons Trowbridge acted for us in the sale of our mother's house after she moved into a care home. We found them to be really excellent.....pleasant to deal with, sensitive to our mother's position and with a truly professional approach. Importantly, they have a good understanding of the local market and gave sound, realistic advice which paid off when, within a matter if days, we had an offer for the full guide price. Throughout the sale process they communicated well with all involved and followed up on all agreed actions helping us complete the sale without any major drama. We can thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleKnowing that Estate Agents & Car Salesman don't necessarily have the best reputation for their customer service, it was refreshing to deal with Ben Clinch and the team at Kingstons. Their attention to detail and tenacity created a smooth and easy sale for me, I was constantly kept updated and informed through out all parts of the process. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone, great work Kingstons!

GoogleStarted with an estate agent in Devizes who gave me an inflated valuation to get my business (first time seller, stupid and greedy enough to believe anything). After six months of frustration and gradually falling expectations, I changed to Kingstons and the house was sold within a week at a higher price than the three offers I had received and rejected through the other agent. GoogleKingstons (Ben Kingston and Caroline Bush) have just sold my late mother's property in Trowbridge. (This was an estate sale and was not a straight-forward one - there was no grant of probate, when the house first went on the market, it took 3 months for that to be granted, and of the two executors, one lives in Wiltshire, though not Trowbridge, and I live overseas in a completely different time zone.) From the outset, I've appreciated their sound commercial advice and approach. In a falling market, they managed to find a buyer almost immediately. They worked with both executors and the purchasers to ensure that the sale proceeded smoothly and to everyone's satisfaction, right down to meter reading just before completion (as none of the family was in the area to do that at the time). They kept both my sister (who lives in Wiltshire) and me fully informed at all times and ensured that we were both involved in all decision-making. I'm happy to recommend their services if you are looking to sell in this part of Wiltshire.

Ben gave an accurate and fair valuation which led to us accepting an offer in just over one week. Each member of staff was very professional, knowledgeable in their field and kept us informed through every step of the process. A special mention to both Caroline and Jackie who were very supportive and understanding, they gave us reassurance at times when we needed it and often provided us with an update ahead of our solicitors!
