Thank you for the review.
Your review however is rather misleading, it fails to mention the fact that I didn’t go into the garden as I had already been in the garden when I valued the house for you three months earlier. I had just had hip surgery shortly before our second meeting which I made you aware of and didn’t feel going into the garden again was required as it was a wet slippery day, the steps in the garden also very over grown and the garden was also very visible from the dining room and fresh in my mind from my previous visit. I would like to also point out that the maximum valuation I offered to market the property at was 15k less than than the Guide Price of £285,000 that you listed at and not £25,000 (again your review is not accurate). I am very pleased that you achieved a sale price well above market value, especially when you consider another agent is currently marketing a much larger house to the subject for over 30k less, in better condition. In my opinion this clearly highlights how well you did four months ago. The comparable evidence and market valuation I provided you with at the time was a reflection of the market at that point and I stand by this. The agent you chose was your highest valuation by far and you were very lucky. I am delighted for you that you were so lucky and achieved a great sale price well above the market threshold for similar properties in your area. I also think it’s a shame that rather than celebrate this success by bucking the market trend, you feel compelled to leave a negative and inaccurate review.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you the very best for the future and I would like to mention to ensure a balanced review that when we handled a sale for your brothers property two years ago, we actually achieved a much higher sale price than they expected but sadly they didn’t leave a Google review.

GoogleHad previously used the services of Kingstons Estate Agents in Bradford-on-Avon Letting Department to arrange the rental of a small one-bedroom coach-house in Cockhill, Trowbridge BA14.
Decided to place this property on the sales market in May/June 2022 and it was suggested that the Trowbridge, Kingston Estate Agents' branch would be best placed to market the property on my behalf.
I suggested a sales figure and the Trowbridge branch were happy to proceed on this basis, and in a very short period of time secured a very enthusiastic and committed intending purchaser who proceeded to complete the purchase.
