Facebookwe used Kingstons to sell our home recently and they were extremely professional, personable, they werent arrogant like some other agents and were honest and open with us about our sale. Every member of the team took time to keep us informed throughout the process and I would recommend them over and over again to anyone thinking of selling...dont go by how many awards agents have won..go with the ones who work hard for u and not your money..and kingstons did exactly that!

FacebookWe purchased our house through kingstons. Amazing service received and kept us updated along the way. My mum became ill and was unable to see the house but they arranged for me to go round and video it. Even when they had me on the phone in tears as our sale fell through and they spoke to the vendors and agreed a timescale they would keep our offer in whilst selling ours again. Nothing was too much trouble and with very difficult personal situation you made the move and purchase a lot smoother that I didn't have to worry. Thank you and we love our house. GoogleVery disappointed. I had a sale going through with this estate agents but I found a few members of staff to be rude on the phone. I was spoken down to several times and treated disrespectfully. I'd done nothing wrong and it was highly inappropriate. Perhaps the staff are more respectful to buyers buying higher price properties, but I didn't feel respected and I wouldn't recommend.

GoogleI received a wonderful service from Kingstons in Trowbridge when I recently viewed one of their properties. Andy who showed me round was very knowledgeable and helpful together with the lovely ladies in the office on the Saturday who got me a viewing at very short notice. I just want other prospective buyers or sellers to know what a lovely group of people they are. Thanks again.

GoogleWe were not entirely impressed with Jackie, especially when it came to communication. I mentioned on several occasions to contact via email not mobile, this did not happen, when asked as to why, it was because they did not "have my email".... it would be logical to then ask a customer for their email, rather than ignoring a simple request. Pressuring people into not doing something for a fast sale is not professional, as well as harassing people to do something they are not comfortable with is not ok. I am personally glad this was not our chosen estate agent, only our vendors. I would not recommend using Kingstons

GoogleAt first, we opted to save money and go with purplebricks. Before paying the fixed rate up front, Ben convinced me that Kingston’s would sell our house quicker and at a competitive rate. Our house was sold 3 weeks later and having learned that we were in a chain of 7, were very happy we chose a local estate agents to see through to completion. Kingstons certainly earned their fee and kept us appraised every step of the way. Overall, the whole team were brilliant and I can’t thank them enough!!

GoogleKingstons made buying and selling our properties as stress free as possible, we were always kept up to date with any changes. The staff are friendly and professional always returning calls quickly and efficiently. Not only did they sell our property within days of putting it on the market but also knew what sort of property we were looking for which made our purchase easier. We have dealt with other estate agents in previous years but none as efficient and friendly as kingstons. Thankyou

GoogleWhen we first met with Kingstons’ staff in their Trowbridge office we were welcomed and made to feel at ease. Andy gave us a thorough appraisal of the property and the questions he asked were relevant but not intrusive. We were very impressed with the quality of marketing information produced by Kingstons. True to their promise they kept us appraised with regular updates on the sale of the property. We were delighted with the results produced by Kingstons and would happily recommend them to friends. A truly professional company with a friendly approach.
