GoogleDear all staff at Kingston’s , Trowbridge in particular to Ben Clinch and Jackie whom I had most involvement with over the last few weeks whilst selling my house. What a fantastic service I received from this estate agents and can highly recommend them to anybody wanting to sell their property. The staff proved to be highly efficient, caring and supported myself in an hour of desperate need and anticipation just before my completion date which without them helping me with the difficult situation that I was in , I would not have been able to complete. I sense a devoted team who really do care about their clients. I wouid also like to add my special thanks to their recommendation to use BLB Solicitors, Kate Gould who was also fantastic, professional and efficient. I myself have already informed CG Fry and Son developers to use BLB, Trowbridge in the future for their clients rather than their present solicitors in Bath. Thank you all so much. Jane Arundell

GoogleAndy, jackie and the team helped me through 2sales and a purchase, with professionalism, efficiency and good humour, (which was needed at times). They were brilliant at keeping me informed all the way through the process. They have a good relationship with local solicitors so were able to keep up to date with everything happening and help to get things sorted quickly. GoogleI have used Kingston’s for the sale of two properties now and I thought I would share my experiences by writing a review. The entire team are customer focused and ensure they take as much of the strain out of the process of house moving as possible by keeping you updated and aware of all the steps and exactly where you are at any given point. The use of many social media channels and higher quality literature guarantees the property is presented well, this coupled with some proper vetting ensures you have genuine and interested buyers viewing with real appreciation of your desired time frames. I can’t speak highly enough of the entire team and would highly recommend the services they offer and at very reasonable prices. 5*’s all day long.

GoogleA very helpful bunch as this was the first time selling a house through sad circumstances. They were understanding, and explained everything in detail which was helpful. I wasn't local at all, and they were great on the couple of occasions where I asked them to pop round just to make sure everything was okay, and also towards completion they took meter readings for me which was really helpful and saved me a very long trip! The sale itself took ages, and there were a few times where there were minor delays in communication and responses on things, but overall Kingstons were great and I'd recommend to anyone in the area.

And if like me you haven't moved for a long time and feel daunted by the whole process, they will give all the support, advice and guidance you could wish for. All the team are friendly, helpful, and above all give honest, realistic advice. GoogleI have nothing but praise for Ben And his team at Kingstons Trowbridge. I used them 4 years ago for the successful sale of my brother’s house. In January I appointed them for the sale of my recently deceased Mum’s house. They have been professional, providing me with all relevant information in a timely fashion and keeping me regularly updated In what has been a very difficult period, selling a family home of 57 years. GoogleHaving looked to downsize to a bungalow for some 2 years without success, we viewed a property through Kingstons who were very helpful. However, the bungalow was not right for us. Some 6 months later after we had given up any idea of finding a suitable property, we received a follow up phone call from Kingstons. They had obviously taken careful note of our requirements, and they were able to show us a property which met our needs. Our offer was quickly accepted, and we found Kingstons to be very proactive throughout the whole process. They gave excellent advice, and were also able to find a buyer for our property and agree a sale within 5 days. Having moved home 6 times previously, this was by far the easiest and less stressful move we have ever made.

GoogleI don’t normally write reviews but the exceptional level of service we received has motivated me to share and encourage anyone who is thinking of moving to use Kingston’s. We tried another agent before them and the difference couldn’t have been more stark. Kingston’s gave us honest straight forward advice from the start. They worked hard for us throughout the sale and purchase - never dressing things up of fobbing us off when things got stressful (as they always do when you buy and sell houses). The staff went above and beyond for us - chasing solicitors, regularly updating us even over the weekend. A fantastic company with superb staff. Use them.

I couldn't fault them - they were honest about potential buyers, didn't pressurise me into making decisions and they were easy to communicate with. They were professional right from the start and I would recommend!

GoogleFrom start to finish we received a fantastic service from all the staff at Kingstons, Trowbridge. From the beginning, when we were house house hunting, the lovely Lewis would greet us with his personal charm and show us around. They definitely went the extra mile, especially jacki, who was constantly keeping us in the loop about our house purchase and Andy, our ladder-man in shinging armour, who went off and collected a ladder when we needed one! All in all we received a professional and individual service from the Trowbridge Team (even though we weren't the ones paying them!) and we we would recommend them.

GoogleHave sold two flats in grade two listed building through them and they were fantastic. Will always use small independant agents in future. All the team were helpful and always had time to speak and advise me. Had lots of extra issues with, setting up management company for freehold, getting plans drawn for land registry, right of way over courtyard and issues arising over grade 2 listing of property. I used their in house solicitors and was kept fully updated through out. I have been involved in a number of previous sales and never had as good a service. I have no hesitation in recomending them. AND competative price.

GoogleI began using Kingstons after 5 miserable months with Purplebricks had only brought three viewings and zero feedback. I initially spoke with Ben who told me straight what my property was worth compared to similar on the market but more importantly I was in contact with a person who was interested in helping me sell the property. Once my house was on the market with Kingstons I was in frequent contact with actual local experts who gave me real advice and feedback on how to make my property more sellable as well as getting the opinions of potential buyers to help drive the sale home. Ben, Lewis and Andy all showed great knowledge of the local market but also dealt with me as a person and not a number unlike some of the online nationwide "local property experts". The aftersales team were also brilliant and kept me up to date with how the conveyancing was progressing which kept me at ease during the finalisation of the sale. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Kingstons to family, friends and the local public as they know their stuff, are well priced but most importantly they are interested in selling your property for you and not just taking your money! Apologies to the team for being so slow to write this review!

GoogleFantastic service from all at Kingstons from start to finish. Not just with the valuation and securing the sale (which was probably the easier part with us), but with the management of the whole process to exchange and completion. A good Estate Agent will have the necessary staff and resources to chase solicitors, buyers, sellers etc and keep you informed at every step regarding the current situation with the chain. Kingstons have this and it's value should not be underestimated.

GoogleCouldn't fault kingstons at all. They have been amazing throughout answering all questions really quickly for both us and our buyers. Caroline has gone above and beyond replying to emails even on her days off. Thankyou very much and won't hesitate to use them again.
