GoogleAn established company which knows the area and is well equipped to offer advice. The staff are very professional and form good relationships during the sometimes extended process. In our case a sale was interrupted by a sudden need to apply for probate but everything remained calm and was dealt with smoothly. This was not the first time we have used the services of Kingstons and we won't hesitate to consult them first in the future.

We cannot fault the service, staff were excellent, we were kept up to date with developments on our sale, as they happened. They took away most of the stress thats involved with selling a house, making it a pleasurable experience. She has kept me informed at every stage and even chased other professionals (not Kingstons’s staff), for information when they were less than forthcoming. GoogleThe only agents I have ever dealt with who keep in touch with all parties in buying and selling and try to assist in making a stressful situation as stress free as possible. Very professional in how they handle their clients. Would not use anyone else locally in selling or buying, also if you let your property their letting staff once again are efficient and extremely helpful to any prospective landlord or tenant.

Good afternoon, thank you for your comments. Firstly your comment is extremely misleading and slanderous. You booked a viewing with our company and requested that you would have the chance to view the house before it was sold. (We ensured this promise was actioned).Your husband failed to view the property on the date arranged and requested a viewing for the Friday. The vendors decided that they couldn’t wait any longer and to accept an offer on the property from another party and not accept your husbands viewing request. You then made a best offer which you were advised was still less than the offer the client accepted. (Of course we can not not disclose the sale price). It’s not our fault you didn’t secure the property if it’s anyones it’s yours as you should of both viewed the property at the time you requested. As one of the business owners I would like to state that I have not yet received your formal complaint and find it infuriating that you feel it’s your right to try and damage a reputation that myself and team have worked tirelessly to build because you didn’t get your own way. I hope you feel happy with the comments you made and think you should think long and hard as to whether they are honestly justified.! Looking at your situation objectively Kingstons have done nothing wrong.
