We bought and sold our house through Kingston's. It was a breath of fresh air to work with an estate agents that had our best interest in mind. They knew the market very well and took the time to inspect the property and guide us through the work needed to make the property more saleable in the current market. The work ended up getting us 5% more than initial valuations. Throughout the sale they continued to keep up communications and always had time to chat through any concerns we had. I would recommend Kingstons to anyone!

I cannot recommend Kingstons Estate Agents in Trowbridge enough, especially both Ben's! Going into the house selling and buying process was so daunting after previous bad experiences with other estate agents, however right from the off we were made to feel at ease. Ben H was brilliant during the initial selling process of our property and kept us so informed, he then went and found our dream home, listening to everything on our wish list and finding the perfect home for our family! Ben C was also outstanding, going 'above and beyond' numerous times throughout the process, even with lots of stresses being thrown our way from other matters, he was always such a massive support.

I have used Kingstons previously for house moves, both buying and selling. I wanted to use them again and I was right to do so. They are friendly and professional. From phone calls, valuations, house viewings, everything was done well. Don’t get me wrong there were a few hiccups but they all were brilliant, keeping us completely informed until the day we moved. Our house was put on the market earlier this year. After a lull in viewings we appointed Kingstons to take over the marketing of our house in Trowbridge. Spoke with Jackie today and she was rude, argumentative and unprofessional. She was antagonistic, abrupt and I found this to be extremely unprofessional given that Estate Agency is all about good Customer Service. I hope Kingstons use call recording for Training & Monitoring purposes. I cannot comment on the rest of the team however I shant be rushing to use Kingstons services as Jackie has put me off.

Update as of 2022. They have done it again. Thanks to everyone at Kingston for aiding with the final part of my sale during uncertain economic times. Having bought my house from Kingstons just over 2 years ago, who better to sell part of it after converting it to 2 flats than Andy and the team. After the photo's and brochure were done and approved I had 2 offers on my property at or above the asking price within 48 hours, after acceptance the sale went trough swimmingly. This is partly down to their knowledge of what had been done to the property and the respective title splits, which gave the buyers the peace of mind that the transaction would be seamless. As well as this they also know reputable local tradesmen's should you need them for any work doing. If I am buying or selling I the area again I will be back to Kingstons
