We sold our house through Kingstons and found them to be totally professional from start to finish. We had to delay our sale after Bens first visit and there were no pushy sales calls from them, they just waited until we got back in touch. They were constantly proactive with the sale and found our buyer in good time. The sales progression was impeccable and Jackie was an excellent point of contact, she constantly kept us updated and went out of her way to help us right up to completion. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Ben Harrison has been by far the best estate agent I have dealt with in my property search and purchase. From the first viewing I had with him to post completion advice he has been there So helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure the sale stayed on track and kept me updated at all times. Caroline Bush has also been fab, always at the end of a phone when I need her and updating me with progress. Everyone I have come across in the Trowbridge branch have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have had to pop into the office a couple of times and it is a lovely atmosphere with great staff, would recommend to everyone & when the time comes to sell in the future will go straight back to them. We can’t praise this company enough. Although we didn’t sell our property through them as we were out of their area we bought our new house through them. Right from our first point of contact with Ben one of the sales negotiators who was professional and knowledgeable of the area to the handover they couldn’t have been more helpful. We would highly recommend Kingstons Trowbridge. Their professional yet friendly approach to supporting us through a delayed and very stressful house purchase kept us going until we were finally able to collect our keys! We have just completed the sale of our house through Kingstons Trowbridge. They have been great the whole way through the process. They had a better idea what our house was worth than the other estate agents who valued it (they valued it higher), and we achieved near asking price within a month of being on the market. The solicitors in our chain were pretty slow, but Kingstons persisted in chasing them on our behalf and were very responsive when we contacted them for updates or support. All in all, a very professional and friendly service. Thank you

I would like to let you know about my very disappointing experience with Kingstons estate agents.. I travelled from London by train to view a house in Hilperton. The journey took a little longer then expected, (over 2 hours) due to signal failure’s, I arrived at Trowbridge and couldn’t see any taxi’s. It was raining… I called Kingston’s and they told me to google a cab company? I did this and I was told there were no cabs available for at least 45 mins.. I called Kingstons again and told them this. They couldn’t have been less interested.. I had to ask them to call the vendor to let him know I would be late.. Considering the selling market is slow and Kingstons offices are just around the corner, to drive me to the property would have taken them 10-15 minutes at the most. I was frankly astounded by their lack of professionalism. I would seriously advise anyone who is thinking about allowing them to market their property to think again!

Kingstons sold our house within 3 days of going on sale. Ben and his team handled the sale process In a very professional manner and kept us updated throughout. Jacqui who handles the admin side and communication is fantastic, I never had to chase them for anything and they had a complete handle of the chain and it’s situation all the way to completion, even the agent we purchased through commented how on point and organised they were. I have to say although this was the most stressful move due to Covid, Kingstons are the best estate agents we have ever used by far and I can’t recommend them enough.
