FacebookWe have now used Grayson Florence to buy one and sell two houses and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. David and his team are extremely helpful and hard working, and will give you a service much better than you’d get from a high street estate agent. They really are available long hours and are happy to communicate how it suits you, including modern methods like What’s App. In the future maybe more estate agents will be this helpful and change their methods to be better for clients, but right now, use Grayson Florence.

GoogleGreeat and friendly service from the team! From the initial enquory to full handover the team at GFP were great to deal with! They made me aware of all the complications from selling our proerty, marketed it really well and sold it near instantly! I cant thank them enough for making it so easy for us! Will certainly look to use them in the futrure when the time comes for our next move.

FacebookThere could be no worse of an impatient client than my dad when it came to selling his house, they lived in their house for 34 years so have never sold before. David kept his patience with him and was always at the end of the phone to help him out. David was a godsend. Highly recommended.

FacebookCan not recommend highly enough. From first viewing to completion we were kept in constant contact, with regular updates and timescales. David was contactable via phone, email and what's app at all times, not just monday to friday. Above all he was friendly whilst remaining professional. I would choose Grayson Florence when it comes time to sell.

You have all been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish; never once making us feel stupid with our many first time buyer questions! The experience has been stressful at times (ask Jayne!) but has been made a lot easier by having you help us through.Jayne is an absolute asset to your team. I wish she'd been our solicitor!! Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was there to hold our hands and give advice. David guided us through the process, everything was clearly explained in a professional and efficient manner. It was incredibly easy to arrange viewings and manage offers through their online system, interest in our house was generated quickly and it sold within a few days. It was very easy to get hold of the team via WhatsApp/phone outside of office hours and a response was sent through quickly. We received weekly update emails from Jayne which were very useful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Grayson Florence property….thank you for a 1st class service!

GoogleJust brilliant!!! These guys actually want to sell houses and have a set up like I've not seen with other Estate agents! They also have a wonderful lady who is dedicated to liaising between both parties once the sale has been agreed, in order to prevent mistakes and miscommunication. Such a simple and great idea, but I've not known anyone else to do it.

FacebookWe've moved house quite a lot and can honestly say that Grayson Florence are one of the best estate agents we've had dealings with. They were the only ones who took the time to find the right house for us instead of sending generic matches like the other. All throughout the process, their communication has been quick and thorough even though we are not their direct client. It was really easy to pick up the keys and the moving in box was a nice touch. I thoroughly recommend.

GoogleWouldn't go with anyone else. So down to earth and helpful. Really go above and beyond and always on the end of the phone!/WhatsApp if you need them. Made it so easy for people to book viewings on our property with their website & were really flexible. After going through other agents as a buyer before I can say hands down they are a cut above the rest! Highly recommend.

The after sales care was also excellent, they were always on hand to give advice and chat through decisions. Their professionalism and agility got us everything we needed. We would recommend them for anyone looking to sell in Wiltshire and will definitely use them again.
