GoogleWouldn't go with anyone else. So down to earth and helpful. Really go above and beyond and always on the end of the phone!/WhatsApp if you need them. Made it so easy for people to book viewings on our property with their website & were really flexible. After going through other agents as a buyer before I can say hands down they are a cut above the rest! Highly recommend.

They are all extremely professional and hard working, you can get in touch with them outside of normal office hours and they are always very quick to reply. We were kept updated every step of the way, even when not a lot was happening due to the lockdown. GoogleDavid and Helen have been absolutely superb from the word go. Proactive, helpful, available (within reason) 24 hours a day for our questions. They carefully laid out their plans for our sale and overdelivered by £13,000! They also assisted with all the info we asked for on houses we were looking at to purchase, which was a massive part of why we chose Grayson Florence. They come highly recommended

GoogleWe bought a house through Grayson Florence and they were super helpful, answered questions anytime of the day. All viewings were booked a quickly and at a time to suit us and not to suit them like lots of other agents. If we were to move again in future we would use them again

FacebookI have moved home 3 times now and can honestly say the whole experience working with Grayson Florence, was head and shoulders above all my previous experiences.They adopt a refreshing approach to the whole house moving experience, there was no sense of pressure, no pushy sales techniques just a relaxed and calm process, whilst maintain a reassuringly professional manner in their work with excellent communication at every step of the process.There where 3 main points where I felt they excelled, firstly the initial viewing process was very comfortable the buyer/client was left free to roam the property at their leisure, questions were answered without any bias and if unknown the seller was contacted, and a full and informative answer was gained very swiftly. Secondly their communication is excellent, both verbally, online with Jayne via email and they’re very useful home tracker app. Finally, their working operational hours was a bonus i.e. having the ability to contact and speak to people in the evenings certainly helped me as a busy working professional.The only stressful part was the day of the move, getting the furniture out, house cleaned and moved in, but that’s inevitable, however there was no awkwardness on the day of the move, no fluctuating timings of the getting the keys all when exactly to plan as they promised.I believe they have a passion and enthusiasm for their work, with your best interests at heart, all views where impartial and that’s what was projected right throughout their business.I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class estate agent service.Many thanks again.

The professionalism and commitments you made on our first meeting were honoured and I’m happy to report you succeeded where others failed, its clearly based on the effort you put into the business and your relationships with all concerned. From a personal point of view I think your understanding of my requirements were spot on and therefore the level of correspondence from you and your team suited me (which is something other agents struggled to deal with). FacebookMy requirements were a little different, in that I was emigrating as a result of David selling my property as soon as I asked for a valuation.David valued my house at the amount I expected and within 36 hours had got me an offer within £5000 of the valuation.With me being 10500 miles away, David smoothed out all the problems which I should have handled, had I been there.I have never had such excellent, proactive service from an estate agent in all my years. I thoroughly & unreservedly recommend Grayson Florence as a totally new & refreshing estate agency, with brilliant communication.

FacebookAfter my parents successfully sold their house with Grayson Florence, we were keen to have David come round to value our home before we went to other agents. From the moment we met him, we knew that he was the person to sell our house for us.After the first meeting, to the day we completed our sale (the whole process took under 4 months) David exceeded our expectations of what an estate agent should do. He answered all our questions, whether day or night and made the whole process as smooth as buying a house can be.Without a doubt, I will recommend him to anyone who wants to sell or buy a home and will definitely use him should we ever choose to move again!

FacebookI recently sold my property using Grayson Florence Property. I had interviewed in total five estate agents before making a decision. The reason I chose Grayson Florence was because David Florence presented himself as efficient and to the point. He did not at any time try to push me into a deal or try to persuade me in anyway and at no time was he detrimental to any other estate agent. I was impressed. During the whole nail biting experience of selling/buying property David Florence was always there. Email, telephone, he promptly dealt with even the tiniest problem that arose. I cannot thank him enough for making this terrible experience of house selling/buying a much easier place to be. I have already recommended him to friends and anyone that I know that will be selling their home. I consider Grayson Florence to be the number one estate agent and would not use anyone else. FacebookGrayson Florence Property who are they? They are a fantastic estate agent. I had never heard of the company before, but thought it would be interesting to hear what they had to say. From the moment I met David, he just seemed different from the other agents I'd met...fresh, enthusiastic and interested in us as people, not just commission! The commission rates were very competitive, our house sold in just days for above asking price and I didn't have to chase the solicitors once, it was all taken care of by David.Grayson Florence Property is right, you should "expect more" and that is exactly what they provide.
