Selling and buying is as we all know is one of the most stressful things you can do, however if you put your faith in Grayson Florence I guarantee you will find the process a lot less stressful. From start to finish David had everything under control, he was not intrusive in anyway, respectful of other agents and the brochure he puts online is far superior. He is always contactable and extremely good value for money.

Can not recommend highly enough. From first viewing to completion we were kept in constant contact, with regular updates and timescales. David was contactable via phone, email and what's app at all times, not just monday to friday. Above all he was friendly whilst remaining professional. I would choose Grayson Florence when it comes time to sell.

Excellent service from a great Team. I have used Grayson Florence to Buy and Let recently and they have been fantastic. Hi purchased a flat through Grayson Florence, David handled my purchased above all putting up with the longer than first thought sale of my property didn't fail in backing me as the best purchaser for the property. We recently bought through Grayson Florence and I can honestly say that we would probably choose them whenever we come to sell as the whole experience was smooth, easy, and problem-free. The staff were friendly and on-hand at any time throughout the day, no question was too silly or too small, and the response time for phone calls and emails was excellent.
