I can not recommend Grayson Florence highly enough! They were recommended to me by friends. When I first met David he told me “I’m not here to sell your house, I’m here to help you move”. He asked what I wanted, which was “my least stressful move yet”, and that’s what I got! It was a short but tricky chain and took a while, but I did very little apart from complete and sign forms. Jayne was amazing!!!! She just took care of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Huge thanks to Jayne and David! I love my new home (chaotic as it is currently). No “shiny brochures’ but estate agents service that was second to none!!I wish you all every future success!!

Highly recommend Grayson Florence Property. As soon as David visited initially we knew we had made the right decision. He listens and through out our journey he has listened to our requirements and there was never any pressure. He was always available either on the phone or email for advice, or in our case to let us in when we locked ourselves out! Since accepting our offer the team have been awesome, Jayne is exceptional and kept us calm during a stressful time. The use of track my move makes it so much easier to see where each is stage is at and you feel that you aren't kept in the dark. We have had dealings with estate agents all over the UK in the last 38 years but known have come anywhere close to having the ethos of David and team.

It was brilliant working with Grayson Florence to buy our house. They were friendly and super efficient. They gave us regular progress updates and helped us each time we had questions or something we were unsure about. When we were viewing the house right at the beginning of the process they showed us in and then left us to look round ourselves which we really appreciated so we could take it all in, and then they were on hand at the end of the viewing to answer questions. Where do I start. If you wan't to work with a boring, same as the rest estate agent - then you have come to the wrong place. David is totally different from any other estate agent I've spoken to - and that is certainly a good thing. Davids approach stuck out from the first time we met him and we knew he was the right person to sell our property. The personal touch you get, as well as almost unrestricted working hours (more than once had we exchanged WhatsApp messages at 10/11PM) is a breath of fresh air. Selling a property is hard work and a total minefield. David made it (relatively) painless and I would have no hesitations in working with him again or recommending him to anyone looking to sell their property!

Was recommended to Grayson Florence through a friend. I met David and realised straight away that he was the man to manage the sale of our house. He gave clear info on the viewings, and would give regular updates once the sale of our house was agreed - regardless of what time of day it was. Even though we had troublesome buyers at one stage, David was quick to turn things around and get things back on track, with no fuss at all. When David came to value my property I immediately liked and trusted him to sell my home. The fact that he works evenings and weekends when other estate agents are shut was a great selling factor to me. Choosing David was the best decision I made as the sold sign went up within a week! He went over and above to get the right buyers and the right price for us, as well as dealing with solicitors when they needed chasing up! Having recently moved, I am delighted to have the opportunity to sends thanks and praise to David Florence through this page. Right from the start, David got to know us very quickly and used what he had learnt to help us choose the right property. I would highly recommend Grayson Florence if you are looking to sell your home. Before choosing them, I invited three estate agents to value my home. David gave me the highest valuation and set my expectations on what could be achieved.
