Springbok is a great agent

Springbok is a great agent, they helped us through buying our first property step by step, cleary showed us how the conveyancing process so we understoodand explained what we needed to do as first times buyers on anything we were unsure of. I love that you are required to put a deposit down to make an offer so it took away some stress of wondering if the sale will not go through. That deposit is then taken from the final completion providing you stick to the agreement so you get it back! Natalie Jackson is the agent who kept us upto date every time there was an update to provide which was really helpful and was always reliable to answer our calls or reply to our emails very quickly. We couldn't have asked for better, thank you for making the process of buying our first home such a positive one.

Great experience so far..!

I’d never heard of Springbok before and was honestly suspicious of the legitimacy of the whole process, given all they claim to do. That being said we’ve had nothing but a great experience with them. Sam was our sales negotiator and we managed to settle on an offer within a day. He was available to answer the phone at any point and called us very promptly with any feedback. The communication has been better than we’d ever experienced with a “normal” estate agents and the pace in which the service is given removes many anxieties and long waits from the whole process. We are now a few weeks into our purchase with Springbok and receive prompt updates on a weekly basis. We aren’t left in the dark waiting to see what is being done and the personal touch of a quick phone call rather than a generic email is brilliant. We haven’t had to chase anything so far and trust that they’re on the ball, they're in regular communication with our solicitors and chasing them so we don’t have to, pushing us through for us to get our keys as quickly as possible. Takes away all the stress

Well, things did take a little longer than expected. But most importantly they sold my property and found the ideal buyer. The communication with my advisor Mia Richardson was absolutely fantastic, she kep me updated every step of the way, and was able to answer a lot of my weird questions with surety. Proceed with caution

Overall i had a fairly smooth purchase of a house with a tenant in situ through Springbok. I was concerned that they charged me a £2596 deposit which includes a £96 non refundable admin fee. I was assured that if anything was seriously wrong with the property then this would be returned. Some problems were found upon survey but we negotiated the price. All remained ok until checks were carried out upon the tenancy discovered No Deposit or references were taken by the owner, there were also serious discrepancies in paperwork to do with tenant, kind of felt pressured into taking a tenant on that i would not have normally or lose the 2.5K I would have thought that some Due Diligence and a responsible agent would have at least checked that basics such as References and deposits are in place before selling a property with a tenant in situ! All said the staff were polite attentive and professional especially Annie Wood...thank you Annie

Springbok did exactly what they said they would do. They are very transparent and very pro active. Our house had languished on the market for almost ten months. Springbok promised to have it sold by Christmas and they more than delivered on their promise - our house sold within two weeks of signing up with them. The people at springbok are very helpful, friendly and dynamic. Mason was our negotiator and he kept us up to date with regular check ins and knowledgable advice.

We were delighted with every stage of our house sale through Springbok. The process was amazingly quick, exactly 3 months from accepting their offer to moving into our new home. Their offer was very good and the house was put up for sale within the week with lots of viewings booked in the following week. Sold within 2 weeks. Want to give a special mention to Jake who negotiated with all the solicitors when we couldn’t get hold of them when close to completion date. Can’t recommend Springbok enough, so much so that we recommended them to our niece who is now in the process of selling their house also through them.

My sales negotiator was Chris Stalker who in the end managed to secure my offer to be accepted after a long drawn out process. After the offer was accepted Chris was very helpful and efficient with sending the relevant documents out. My only negative would be the communication could have been a bit better and more proactive from Springbok side as I found I had to chase a few times which sometimes left me wondering where I was at, although this wasn’t helped by the vendor. Thanks for your help Chris!

Beyond frustrating

I dealt with Lewis Buddle and Karen White for the sale of my property. Things started out great and I initially sold the property within roughly 6/7 weeks, however this sale fell through. I had to chase for updates and had to request for the property to go back on the market - this should have been automatic.After this I had to request a sales board, the only marketing technique seemed to be to reduce the price (this was only done by 17% without my consent), the map showed their offices rather than my property, I rarely got feedback from viewings or even knew if they took place.The property sold again and I was pushed to sign things quickly, but then this one fell through again. I have now removed my property from the market which in itself took 3 weeks! I went with Springbok as I was basically told my house would sell within 6 weeks....they had it for over 9 months with no successful sale.

CT11 Ramsgate sales experience

CT11 Ramsgate - Chris Stalker- my sales experience. Chris firstly is a friendly, polite and knowledgable sales negotiator. Why did I use Springbok? Because I’d been let down on previous sales experiences with non-committed buyers, 3 pulling out on a whim! This left me with a long void period on my rental as I’d already given notice to my tenants who found a new property. This left me with monthly mortgage and utilities! Springbok is careful on picking committed buyers for their clients, not just a quick sale. Every viewing appointment I did was with seriously interested people with no time-wasters. One no-show but that’s not Springbok’s fault. My outcome is a buyer who will also keep my good tenant (of 6 years) which ticks the ‘heart’ box as well as ‘head’ box (as they offered asking price. Chris was almost always at the end of the phone when I needed him, and if not, always 100% rang me back. A rare thing today! Although some buyers may be put off by the ‘buyers commitment deposit’, Springbok were happy to allow me to waive this for someone who was clearly committed to not only my property, but my ‘good’ tenant, leaving all parties happy at this time of sale. Hopefully this will progress smoothly, but as far as the sale, I can’t fault Chris’s personal care with professionalism and willingness answer or get the answer to any query I had. Taryck was excellent, Springbok no

Taryck has been really good and I have no complaints with him. He was always available and has been very helpful, however, I am a bit disappointed with Springbok and how the sale of our house went. We decided to agree on a sale price of 250k because we needed a specific date. We were told again and again that it would not be a problem. If we did not need a date we would've gone the normal way and would've have more money for our house (springbok sold our house for 272k, which is 22k extra for them). Now, we are finally completing 16 days later on the agreed date. This delay has cost us £10k and a lot of stress as it meant we almost lost the chance of buying our next home. So I am very disappointed...

This company are so poor it is…

This company are so poor it is difficult to believe they are still operating, they will say and do anything to make you sign up and then try to get you to accept ridiculously low price. There is no way you will sell quickly, no faster than a conventional agent. They say they have a pool of private buyers and then continuously harrass you to lower the price. None of the people who came round had any money or any intention of purchasing the house. Do not under any circumstances sign a contract with these scammers

So far very good

So far very good. Our property languished on the market for 6 months without a single viewing, then when we moved to Springbok we had 3 viewings in the first week. We now have a seller, and papers are with our solicitors. Everyone at Springbok has been first rate, and have always done what they said they would do, particular thanks to Joanne Hooson our sales negotiator. As long as you're realistic about the price you want for your property - Springbok is a quick sale specialist, so you will sell for lower than a high street estate agent, and spend some time read through the Ts and Cs so you know exactly what the agreement is, this could be a great way for you to sell your property.

Outstanding care for clients and an excellent service

I had a very long and bumpy experience selling my property for reasons unrelated to Springbok. Annie Wood however, was a shining light of hope through the process. Annie went over and beyond in chasing up, advising and keeping me up to date. It is very clear that Annie cares deeply about her work and does her absolute best for clients. Keeping in touch had additionally challenges as I live overseas but this wasn't a problem for Annie and the team. I'd highly recommend taking a company panel solicitor. In hindsight, I wish I had done this from the start. I tried to keep my original solicitor and this was a mistake as it prolonged the journey to completion.
