We do have multiple selling avenues, one of which is predominantly for customers who are in need of selling very quickly, sometimes due to financial difficulty or other situations that require a transaction to be completed in under standard timeframes. This option does ultimately offer less, which is industry standard for a property being bought without the need for finance and not being required to go on the market.
