You requested I email you directly to resolve my ongoing matter. Your auto bounceback response stated that I will receive a reply within 72 hours. 72 hours has now been and gone and I have yet to receive a response. The property in question remains on the market when all I am asking is that you remove the property from the market. You no longer represent us, we have not been under contract with you for months now. Please let’s avoid me writing any further negativity by you simply pressing a button and removing the property from the market, a request that has been made of Springbok Properties several times now.

Read the bad reviews on here - I wish I had. All they do is try and push the price down so they make maximum profit. At least with a local estate agent you know the exact price people are willing to pay - not the price after Springbox's cut.
